I am sorry to say this will be a pretty…

I am sorry to say this will be a pretty damming review. They have great stock and prices but that's where the positives end. Their customer service is completely inadequate. Not only do they take about 5 days for dispatch, longer than any online retailer with food stocks, it is when you have an issue that they really fail. After wanting to cancel my order a couple of days after ordering, I contacted them. After a wait of over 24 hours they got back. They told me it was too late. Despite the fact it hadn't even been dispatched yet. I was told to refuse delivery, which I was not comfortable doing. Looking at their terms and conditions, things are pretty aggressively stated to shift all problems onto the customer. Anyway, I accepted their response. I ended up taking delivery if the item. I then used their return system to generate a DHL return. The package was returned to ProBikeShop the next day. I checked the tracking. I have now waited over a week to hear from them. I emailed them. No response after 48 hours. Still no sign of a refund. It looks like I will have to raise a dispute through PayPal. Not what I wanted to do. I find the complete lack of contact totally unacceptable. Never again. It is a shame, there is no reason to have such poor customer service. Reading other reviews it seems I am not alone with this experience.

The Shipment of the bike was without…

The Shipment of the bike was without any complaints. But the service was not serviceminded or helpful at all. I asked if they could correct my address. I explained that this is important for me, because I could have saved a lot of money with my company address on the invoice (my tax consultant told me). They denied without any believable comment.
