Impressive
I rarely write such reviews but I have to this time, as I'm really impressed by the quality of this shop's customer service. First, payment options - I was having difficulty making an online payment and the shop had the option of payment on delivery. Sweet! Second, communication - shortly after placing my order I sent an order enquiry. The shop answered the same day. Third, shipment. Only 3 days from placing my order to delivery in Ireland! Impressed.

Mis-leading product content
The product page for the sunglasses I purchased clearly states "right to cancel within 30 days" and "satisfied or get your money back". When I tried on the sunglasses, I didn't like them, so I asked for a return. They are charging me 8 chf for return shipping, which is included by nearly every other website that sells the POC sunglasses.
It would make more sense if it said "right to cancel in 30 days but you have to pay shipping costs" or "if you're not satisfied you will get SOME of your money back".
