I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The company’s handling of our case has been both confusing and, at times, highly unprofessional, which has caused significant stress for our family.
My son, who is already diagnosed with autism, is in need of an ADHD assessment. He has given consent on multiple occasions for the team to communicate with me as his mother; however, this has repeatedly been overlooked, seemingly due to a lack of continuity between staff handling correspondence.
Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone, and when contact is made, it is even harder to receive clear and consistent information. For example, I have just received an email stating that his identification has not been received, despite it having been confirmed as received on three separate occasions. Additionally, there appears to be confusion regarding whether his assessment has been completed, as we have been given conflicting information.
Nearly EVERY email has the treat of them taking you off the waiting list.
This ongoing lack of clarity and organisation has caused unnecessary distress, particularly for my son, who is already feeling extremely frustrated. The level of stress this situation has created could have been avoided with more competent and consistent communication.

We just had our virtual dyslexia assessment for our 8 year old daughter through problem shared and it went so well. Our assessor Julie was amazing, immediately putting my daughter at ease and making her feel comfortable and supported throughout. Julie kept my daughter engaged and understood when she might need a break and how to keep a good pace that meant she didn't get bored or tired.
I would definitely recommend this service to anyone considering it.

I have to admit, this is the worst medical service experience I ever had. Personal client care during booking and document submission process is replaced by very many automated emails that don't quite match what was discussed at appointments, and are very confusing.
When you request to have a plain human explanation of what documents are needed or what is missing, you still get very impersonal response that doesn’t make things much much better. It feels like there is no human care or team behind the booking machine.
My daughter needed two separate assessments; but clinic does not seem to have a patient centric approach and we are struggling ro understand what documents they really need given what’s already filed, and what are truly additional.
All in all, have no concerns about the actual appointment or report; but the way the clinic care is managed gave us a terrible experience and I hope that once our process is complete ro never touch this service again.

There was a slight wait, but when compares to the wait times of the NHS it was less than a quarter of the time I would have to wait to see the NHS clinicians.
The process was very thorough. Evidence and data was collected from family members who know me best.
The assessment I was quite nervous for, but the clinician was really reassuring the whole way through.
The assessment took 2 hours and based off the evidence, examples and personal experience they were able to give me a full diagnosis.
The report was received within a week, and they have also offered further support in terms of learning about my condition through them, and also medicine to help manage the condition.
I would highly recommend problem shared, they are professional, compassionate and understanding. They do not degrade what you say or make you feel silly, they instead listen carefully and explain what part of the diagnostic criteria my traits matched into

My ADHD assessment was thorough and my assessor was so kind, understand and helpful. The information and education material after my diagnosis were so helpful. My medication assessment and support is so professional. My autism assessment was difficult as I am a woman in her sixties who has masked for 60 years. My initial assessment was thorough but viewed I didn't meet all the criteria. After my ADHD diagnosis I made a complaint that I believe I was masking my autism at the initial assessment. After other assessment of CATQ and RAADS-R I was diagnosed as autistic as well. Staff are understand and post diagnosis phsycoeducation material so helpful.

Emma was great with my daughter. She explained the tasks very well and made sure my daughter was comfortable and understood what she had to do.
Not angry customer, just didn’t see option of changing name 😬

Had a seamless service from referral point to assessment and was given multiple options for communication. Very thorough report and found it to be beneficial in understanding a life long pattern of behaviour. The assessor Dionne was very considerate all the way through

I personally had such a great experience with this company. I cant praise the staff enough and especially my consultant, my lady, for her professionalism, empathy, and the ability to create a comfortable and supportive environment during my assessment. I was provided with an absolutely excellent service, with clear communication, efficient processes, my overall experience was excellent and it wasn't long before I had a confirmed diagnosis.

Great experience once technical issues were resolved. Brilliant with my son and quick clear diagnosis would definitely recommend for an autism assessment

I have just finished by 2 hour assessment, with the assessor Dionne Chiota she was kind understanding and patient with me throughout this process.
To be told the diagnosis was relief but also emotional help understand why I am this way. She talked to me through it and the next phase what's to happened and recommendations and helped me to see what its not my fault.
I did not have to wait long for my appointment which I was very happy about.
I would recommend ProblemShared, they are helping me in my journey...
