I lost over 75000 USD to them

I lost over 75000 USD to them. They were not responsive. I reported to FMA SEC and FCA, and the FBI and it turned out to be that they were not regulated but were blacklisted by different financial regulators.

Andrew was one of the persons that i made contact with. He was the one that stole my money. Always giving me excuses that are not reasonable before i could effectively take out my money.

This persisted until i filed an action with a financial service security company and within a month i got my money back.

Do not go through litigation. Horizon-Security,org analysed the case and i realised that this was fraud. Dont go through court. You will lose your money.

Pro Capital Markets are Fraudsters have other company names they use

In April 2019, I found these people through bitcoin loophole when one ex lottery winner supposedly said he made money on it and as soon as I entered details I got a call straright away. They were kind of talking like they knew what they were talking about , they were very enticing almost patronising I thought. So they said I needed to put $250 US deposit, (£200) I thought ok let's see how genuine they are. I thought ok let me sacrifice this £200, they call themselves Pro capital markets and many other names to trick people. They gave me a password but first red flag was they would never answer my calls and even if I said can I call back they refused they were very pushy. My stupid bank Santander would not even answer the fraudline and I also realised they would do anything because they say I paid willingly. These people were communicating a lot with me before I paid the money the minute I paid they were not really responding. I gave id documents proof of address. Please be careful of these people. They have so many uk numbers and other countries, you can't block all of them . They use .uk numbers they have so many numbers it's unbelievable. They have eastern European accents and possibly from Estonia or that Eastern block. They call me so many times but I've been getting angry and they keep calling. I've shouted at them swore at them. They keep calling then they say they want to pay me money they need my bank account. Even though I gave them my bank details .They are full of lies they can also come back asking if I've been a victim of fraud, they even try to be inland revenue. I am even more disappointed with the authorities who are not realising there's a big issue in trading fraud. Please do not be tricked by these people , Be careful of these fake trade agents, just use the genuine regulated people. They called me today and I just lost it and started swearing he was saying they have a £1000 for me but they need my bank account. I lost it i swore and put the phone down he called me 7 times with different numbers he was now swearing back. the authorities are so dumb and are not doing anything to combat this. I mean in this review I've given so many pointers that could assist with investigation I have so many of their numbers. Authorities need to set traps for these Eastern Europeans . One day it will end badly for them everything comes to an end. Always

Chancers and scammers!

How is it with companies like this that everything is fine until you want to withdraw any funds then there is no longer access to one's account, no visibility of account activity, and the rules you were not aware of like (quote):

in that case we have 2 options .
1. we wait until we reach turn over point to be able to withdraw funds - approximately 20-35 days.
2. we make an insurance loop for 3000USD and you get everything much sooner.

And then no further communication!
File details no longer available, no balance available, etc.
Yes, scammers for sure. Fortunately I didn't deposit much so no real tears. Just the sense of being ripped off by a bunch of chancers!!

Never ending cold calls daily

I get callee daily by these guys, each time from a different number. Each time I tell them that they've called me before, that I've told them each time they call me that I'm not interested and to not call again. They hang up at that point, and I wait until the next day to have the exact same conversation. Weekends, middle of the night, the calls come at literally any time. If they're willing to break the law in this area, who knows what other area they are willing to do so. They are not regulated by the FCA in the UK.

This guys are unbelievable

This guys are unbelievable. After refusing them on their sales call, they keep on harassing me on my mobile number. Just a single day, you can receive easily at least 6 missed call and they don't give a damn if its 1am in the morning.

Seemed like a legit business on the surface, but the deeper you dig the more S**t you turn up. Almost all the reviews are negative, and the positive reviews are undoubtedly generated by the fraudsters themselves. Just do a Google image search on the profile pictures of ANY of the positive reviews and you will find they don't match the names of the alleged "reviewers". (In some cases they were so lazy they used the actual first name of the person but changed the surname). A legit company doesn't need to do this sort of thing, so the only conclusion I can come to is that they are fraudsters. Luckily I did this research up front before giving them any money.
