They will keep you money and even after you realize they are crooks, they keep calling you.
And those guys that promise to recover your money are probably equal crooks.

I put 1* just so I could write this review. ProCapitalMarkets are 100% thieving scum. Everything stated in the other reviews are correct.
I have suffered the same fate financially as the rest of you genuine honest reviewers. I did manage to get my card deposit back through my bank's fraud department. Thank you Barclays.
I've just had a call from "Thomas" of ProCapitalMarkets, asking how I was and was I happy with the service of PCM. I told him the situation with the fake account screen and that my bitcoin was sent to an unknown address, also no correspondence except one reply saying he would call me back later but never did!
Thomas wanted me to open my computer so he could get all the transaction information for him to get my money back. Obviously I wasn't going to do that but I said I would get home at an agreed time for him to call and proceed from there. Just in case he did call, I had set up voice recording for incoming calls but guess what, no call and the phone number he used was not in service!!
Well I have learnt my lesson, doesn't help me financially though with just a base level age related pension. I don't believe any of these "recovery agents" are able to get money back from PCM. I'm sure we've all been screwed by these lowlifes so don't get screwed by so called "recovery agents".

Well would you believe it, just had a belated call from Thomas.
Wanted me to quickly download a program so he could see, and I think, take control of my computer. When I asked him all the questions I wanted answers for, he started sounding a bit irritable and impatient. He wouldn't give me any honest answers, just more scam lies. I told him to F'off.

Procapitalmarkets.com hat aufgrund meiner Naivität und Leichtgläubigkeit 4.000 EUR plus 500 USD von meinem Kreditkartenkonto abgebucht. Jetzt wollen sie mir mein Geld nicht zurückgeben. Ich bin ein älterer Mann, der in Deutschland lebt. Ich wollte meine Ersparnisse in Kryptowährungen investieren, um meine kleine Rente zu ergänzen.
Viertausend Euro wurden auf ein Handelskonto bei Transcoin in Tallin, Estland, eingezahlt. Weitere 500 USD wurden auf ein unbekanntes Konto in Lekki, Nigeria, überwiesen.
Ich habe mein Geld dieser Firma anvertraut, jetzt interessieren sie sich nicht mehr für mich. Ich habe viele E-Mails an die teilnehmenden Online-Unternehmen gesendet, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich brauche mein Geld zurück!
Ich habe versucht, die angezeigten Telefonnummern in England und der Schweiz anzurufen. Diese Nummern existieren nicht.
Vermutlich arbeiten die Unternehmen zusammen, um Kundenkonten zu plündern und dann die gesamte Kommunikation abrupt zu beenden.
Ein Teil meines Geldes ist jetzt auf den Konten von Bitcapitalmarkets (Nordcapitalmarkets), Procapitalmarkets und Transcoin.
Die meisten Gelder sind gelistet, aber ich habe keinen Zugang und kann nicht abheben.
Sie versicherten mir bei der komplexen Überprüfung/Eröffnung eines Handelskontos, dass ich jederzeit über mein Geld verfügen und es auch abheben/überweisen kann, was, wie sich herausstellt, eine Lüge ist.

Procapitalmarkets.com has deducted 4,000 EUR plus 500 USD from my credit card account due to my naivety and credulity. Now they do not want to give me back my money. I am an elderly man who lives in Germany. I wanted to invest my savings in cryptocurrencies to supplement my small pension.
Four thousand euros were deposited in a trading account at Transcoin in Tallin, Estonia. Another five hundred dollars were transferred to an unknown account in Lekki, Nigeria.
I have entrusted my money to this company, now they are no longer interested in me. I have sent many e-mails to the participating online companies, but have not received an answer. I need my money back!
I tried calling the displayed phone numbers in England and Switzerland. These numbers do not exist.
Presumably, companies are working together to loot customer accounts and then stop all communication abruptly.
Part of my money is now on the accounts of Bitcapitalmarkets (Nordcapitalmarkets), Procapitalmarkets and Transcoin.
Most funds are listed, but I have no access and can not withdraw.
They assured me in the complex checking / opening of a trading account that I can dispose of my money at any time and also withdraw / transfer it, which, as it turns out, is a lie.
Presumably, several online companies work together fraudulently. DO NOT trust Procapitalmarkets.com and the other companies!

Ifeel stupid to investing with these peoples calling themselves a manage of the company,i have invest the little money i have in this scammers call procapital marets ,All they do is call you for more money,telling about the bitcoin,abot how your interest has raised up to their pro investment chat that you need to pay ,and i told them that i don.t have no more money and he says i can even help you online with anydecks for me to borrow money in your country and i did it,It didnt turn out good i didnt get the money, its about 180000. He says if i get the money i can contact him and i did contact him to tell him about the bad news And he says sorry for you ,And then He did not call for 3 weeks and i start to get worried if i call nobody answers if i try to go in and see if the account is growing they just block all the connection,i have them on whatsapp when i text them on whatsapp they see it ,but they will not repiy or to call me back I need help from you guys to get my money back i will be so grateful .THe reason why i do this trading is for me to get a little bit of something Iwork for part,time job.

Jag har spenderat mina pengar på det här företaget, nu bryr de sig inte om mig, mina pengar sitter där och gör ingenting. Jag har skickat e-postmeddelanden jag får inget svar. Jag behöver mina pengar tillbaka.

Jag ringde, min son ringde och lämnade många meddelanden på sin telefon. Jag har skickat fler e-postmeddelanden. Men inget svar. Kontot finns dock fortfarande på internet och kan loggas in och medlen listas. Det är nu augusti 2019 och fortfarande inget svar. Jag har mailat dem för att få mina pengar tillbaka, försökt dra tillbaka
mina pengar men de kommer INTE!
Det är omöjligt att dra pengar från deras webbsite, trots att
de har försäkrat mig att jag kan ta ut mina medel när som helst. Jag har försökt få tag på dem de senaste fyra månaderna.

Procapitalmarkets.com has taken over $ 2700 from me and does not want to give me back my money. I am an older woman, who lives in Sweden and wanted to invest my savings to make some extra money.

I have spent my money on this company, now they don't care about me, my money sits there and does nothing. I sent emails I get no reply. I need my money back.

I called, my son called and left many messages on his phone. I've sent more emails. But no answer. However, the account is still on the internet and can be logged in and the funds are listed. It is now August 2019 and still no answer. I emailed them to get my money back, tried to withdraw
my money but they will NOT come!
It is impossible to withdraw money from their website despite that
they have assured me that I can withdraw my funds at any time. I've been trying to get hold of them for the past four months.

They are scammers !!

Still no money back from Procapitalmarkets. They took my money without my permission in May. They use Anydesk or Aeroadmin. Get in your computer and then move the money away. I have tried to contact them but they have blocked my account and refuse to answer. Now i know what a scam is. I have trusted people earlier but not now. My money is in Nigeria and an other place. Riley, Tailor and Dorrence dont exist in a real world. It is just fake names i suppose. A real company talks with you. A real company is available for its clients.

I have never invested any money - (and would never do so to someone who cold calls). However, they have an incredibly aggressive sales call strategy, to the extent I get called from multiple numbers on a daily basis - despite requesting being removed from there database. Further, there is no legitimate way I knowingly gave them my phone number, hence it may be possible they are happy to ignore GDPR regulation, this has led me to infer that they are not interested in following regulations and therefore I would personally never trust them with my money.

Don’t trust them. Professional scammers. Take your initial investment then ask for more. Then disappear.

I'm being a fraud for this company I have to report to the police because I have over €5000 and do not want to give me back, a guy Owen was talking to me, I trusted him because I have two children and wanted to earn some extra money for his futures and now I was With nothing, this gentleman stopped answering me and even when he did he tried to invest my money in such a insurance that he can not explain, or does not want. I want my money deposited in my bank account the fastest is possible.

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional agents that refuse to delete your phone number and contact details from their record. Even after you repeatedly tell them that you are no longer interested, they keep on calling you. At this point, I can no longer keep track of how many times they've called. I have said the same thing over and over again. Utter disrespect!! The agent that called me today said she won't delete my number from their records and will keep calling me until I put money (That is at least $250/ $500) into their trading account. A so called top notch, reputable "trading company" should NOT have to FRUSTRATE their intended customers into creating accounts with them, if they indeed do what they say it is they do. Moreover, it is absolutely ridiculous to keep calling someone who has clearly stated that she is NOT interested in doing business with you.

Beware of this scam company! They keep calling you from different numbers starting +44.. They give bad ridiculous explanations why they are not really regulated etc. This is so obvious SCAM that I really wonder who is SOOOO STUPID to send any money to them. C´mon, read internet reviews, their stupid explanation today was: "Oh online reviews, of that is not us, those reviews are over 8 months old, this is a new company..." Oh really? Well the logo and the www-address are exactly the same. PLEASE DON´T BE SO STUPID, TELL THEM DIRETLY TO F_ _K OFF.

Stupidly put my details in looking for info and have been absolutely bombarded with calls multiple times a day, every day, by super-aggressive salespeople trying to get me to dump cash with them. They are relentless, calling at all hours, time after time, and won’t remove me from their database. Do yourself a favour and don’t give them any reason to torture you with sales calls.

Pro Capital Markets ripped me off. Several months ago an agent of theirs called Thomas Hendrix pestered me for many days to invest. Said his company was different and that they help the needy like me.

I finally succumbed and deposited US 597.36 on 17April 2019. Thomas had made me believe he would handle my account but after payment he passed me onto another agent Jack Nelson. Jack came onto my computer with a zoom meeting and starting peering around and quickly found a bank account. He thought that I had much more money. I agreed with Thomas on $500 but now the pressure was on for more money. i did not like his intrusive behaviour. But he made me feel that he could still help me. he then handed me to his compliance clerk who took photos and passport details and bank account details for KYC.

After putting the phone down I realise a few things that don't suit me:-
1. The common password 123456 is used for all accounts is not private and there is no facility to change it.
2. They do not have a private wallet for each person where one can privately keep profits of funds. This means that their company will control it and my hands will be tied.
3. He also said that Pro Capital Markets will handle my tax and withhold funds. How can Pro Capital Markets do that when I live in Australia. There are some legal implications with this.
4. He asked the same question as Tradewell.io as to whether I don't have more funds as $500 was very little. And that is after he said that only $500 is enough. $500 US is much more than other companies state. $250 is normally the deposit with most traders.
5. I also did not like the idea that my account had been displayed to Jack Nelson. I could have given my account number to him without him asking me to log into my account and him personally opening up the website of my bank for me to log in. Then viewing my balances to see if I am honest about not having more money.

I never heard back ever again. I have left messages on their telephone I have sent more emails. But no reply. However the account is still on the internet and can be logged into and the funds are listed. It is now June 2019 and still no reply. I have emailed them to return my funds

Guys what ever you do. Do not put any money in procapital you will lose it straight away like I did this website is fake

I have been putting my money at this company,now they don't care about me my money is sitting there doing nothing.l have been sending the emails I don't get any response.i need my money back, they acting like criminals they are useless.
