I have 2 printers with the company. Dtf and a uv dft flat bed. Direct object printer.Yes sometime there a learning curves and understanding the printer. But as far as the printer go’s they are impeccably good quality. And the prints are very vibrant. And the customer service is spot-on. if you ever come across any issues, they will sort it immediately. Cannot fault the customer service. 👌

I have both the Procolored F8 and P13, and I absolutely love them! I haven’t had any issues, and they’ve helped me turn a simple hobby into a small business. Anytime I need support, the Procolored team is there to help and walk me through any problem-solving I may need. I highly recommend their products!

Bought my K13 Lite bundle with smokeless oven last September and I’m extremely satisfied with the performance. Colors came out great! Experienced a slight issue with the Ink Button and Paper Task Indicator lights flashing and had to connect with their tech support who were able to assist me immediately and remotely resolve the issue with ease and professionalism. Highly recommend!
