I got the K13 Pro printer and over and the tshirts I am making with it are AMAZING. Vibrant colors and so easy to print. I can easily resize the art for smaller shirts.

if you are running a small print business or plan on it and want control over your production and care about the quality output the Procolored p13 is a great investment. It bridges the gap between hobby level printers and full industrial kit. This printer gives you serious power without an entirely industrial footprint. Just go in knowing that good results come with the right process and routine. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about dtf printing

My experience was excellent. I'm very grateful to the two people who helped me in two days. It's my first DTF printer, and I was very excited when it arrived. I had a problem with printing, contacted customer service, and they very kindly helped me.

I have the K13 Lite in pink. I absolutely love my printer. it has saved me so much money on prints. Whenever I have a question or need help their support team is very knowledgeable and thorough.

I just got the k13 lite printer had my 1st hiccup today. Just needed a little guidance. Support was great helped me get it going again and it was not as painful as everyone says. They did a great job and the printer has been awesome

Absolutely awful products (L1800 and F13 with cooker) and even worse the customer service that will take HOURS UPON HOURS and cost you hundreds (or thousands like us) every time you use the printer… or try to. Their customer service is horrible and be sure you have at least 15-30 mins for a response!!!

The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. My problem was solved on the first go around and the agent made sure everything was complete and working properly. The agent was very nice and patient as the fix took some time. I feel the agent went above and beyond and I’m very satisfied with the service provided!

We bought our first DTF printer and went with a K13 lite with the smokeless over. While there was a little bit of a learning curve, it was very easy to assemble, download and use. Support was amazing with the one small issue we had and acted quickly. Colors are amazing.

printer is great had a few problems but there after sales team and engineers helped me fix and cure all problems with care and patience

Very helpful and knowledgeable

This is my first printer and I love it! I've never had any major issues and I'm just now replacing my first part after having it for a year and one month. It does require daily maintenance, so this is not a printer for someone who wants to print one item every few days. Perfect for a small business just starting out!
