Had some initial issues with website accuracy and delivery timeframes however once Prodigg were aware of the issues they rectified, took action to look after me and ensured I got my products. Quality of product is good too.

Have used Prodigg before great products but somehow my current order was not sent. However once aware they went out of there way to get the order to me

We love the products we have bought from Prodigg. Vanity, basin, accessories for our bathroom. Great prices and service.

Even though it is on order Prodigg have kept me apprised of the situation via email which I appreciate.

Unfortunately the incorrect item was delivered. After contacting Prodigg I was given a full refund in a reasonable time. No hassles.

The product when delivered was as per the website. The issue was I had no communication to tell when how long or when i would receive it. Most systems have tracking and email updates, they did not. It took 11 days to arrive. At day 5 I called and emailed Prodigg, when someone got back to me the next day it was to say they were looking into it. When I then called a few days later I found out it had just arrived in their warehouse. When I emailed again 2 days later, it was to find out it would be shipped out tomorrow. The people I spoke with were lovely, but they need some sort of system so I did not have to chase.

Very helpful on line and prompt delivery.

Excellent service. When I had an issue retrofitting a vanity to an existing tiled wall, prodigg were helpful in resolving the issue.

Delivery guy was polite and reasonable .

The policy of not helping lift or transport the goods into my property (it's an apartment ) is not helpful - this was explained AFTER purchase and seems ridiculous .....if not for this I would rate it a FIVE

Excellent experience. I did need to speak to someone as the colour I wanted for the product didn’t show up as an option. I spoke with a very helpful lady, who advised me on ordering and made sure I understood the bundle option and ordered my product and received it promptly. The packaging was excellent, very secure. We checked vanity and mirror straight away and it’s perfect. Will def order again through this business. Thank you.

My experience with Pridigg was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

Great friendly staff, willing to help and assist with my queries and design requirements. Staff was very knowledgeable about different design styles and finishes. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.

The team at Prodigg Bathrooms were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
The only issue I had was in the delivery of my order. It was left outside on the footpath, with no notice, the delivery driver did not even come into our office reception to say it was there. I purposefully had the delivery to my work address so someone would be on hand when the item was delivered. Two of my colleagues carried the large box inside. We work in a single storey building with ramp and double door access. I thought this was very poor. Can I suggest Prodigg you review your delivery service provider.

Rated very poorly compared to the other on-line bath ware companies I have been ordering from.
Deliveries take double the time to arrive, no delivery information is usually supplied, which makes it hard to organise my builder not knowing when to expect the products.
Customer service via web chat is very poor, Jami-lee just departed the conversation yesterday with no warning. This was however after she provided me with at tracking number for a delivery from February 2018.
Couldn’t recommend your company at all.
