Scammers! STAY AWAYll!
I bought a chair from this "shop", and they sent me partial pieces of the chair! I complained to them immediately, since I couldn't assemble the full chair with what they sent me.
After months of waiting, they said that they didn't have the pieces I was missing and they offered to give me 15 euros so that I could buy the missing parts myself!
I don't know where I can buy the missing parts from or whether the parts would fit the chair since they are not made for it.
produceshop.dk basically wanted me to fix THEIR MISTAKE for 15 Euros.
Of course, I did not accept that "offer", and I am still waiting for them to respond to my refusal of their ridiculous offer.
I will complain to the relevant authorities (forbrug.dk) about these scammers and hopefully get my money back or at least get them to send me the missing parts.
Literally, the worst shopping experience I have had in my life.

I have ordered a shoe cabinet, which came with broken parts. There is no direct support for customers. I complain about it via their website; not friendly at all. They don't want to replace it. I am writing this review to help other people to stay away from PRODUCESHOP. They are scams. Save your time and money.

Wrong delivery
First wait til for over 20 days for my order delivery. Then got delivery of a wrong product with damage. Have been requesting return and refund. But ProduceShop keeps saying they can not make a claim to the carrier. Really surprised about ProduceShop not taking customer orders seriously but trying to blame others for their own fault.

Poor customer experience, no space for not satisfied customers
Order placed and paid on April 17th, 3 items.
1st item received approx on time on April 26th, 2nd item received on May 6th, 3rd item arrived on 9th. The 3rd item arrived with some quality issues and as I did accept the package, they are not intended to manage it, no return possibility! I will not come back to this shop and wouldn't recommend. Order n. 722012663 from Denmark.

Watch out!
The company claims my order is delivered and I have not received anything, and there is no way to get in contact with them. This is really bad, I hope I can get my money back at least.
Edit: Despite the vendor's reply this case was never resolved. I have reported the vendor to the police for fraud.

Recieving the product survey before getting the product...
Im waiting from the 25th of february for my product. I didnt recieved any news from the transport company or updates in the tracking system... my first and last time Im buying from this website.
Also when they send you the survey and you fill it and try to send always comes a message "problem with the server". Because it is a bad review? Everything looks fishy here.

They are stealing your money.
I have ordered a weight 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive after 1 week. Not only it has not arrived but I cant even track it because it is in preparation STILL. If I try to reach out my inserting the order number it seems the order does not exist.
This is a scam. I want my money back and I will purse legal ways if they don't reach out immediately.

Ordered a Christmas present for my gf to arrive 2 days before Christmas but It was late and two weeks later I now have it. The package is filled with holes and looks beat up. I just opened it and the mirror is broken in so many pieces.
Produceshop customer support are difficult to contact so all I’m hoping for now is a refund.

I wrote to them that at this point I just want to be refunded because I cannot wait that long. Stuff from China comes faster at this point.

Items didnt arrivee and I think They are scamming people together with this BRT.it shipment company. The tracking doesn't update at all...
I suggest that all those swindle by ProduceShop (including me) should file complain so the site will be taken down so as the company will be close so that they cannot scam for more... If we will work together we can take down this company

It's been a week or so i have ordered a treadmill. I havent received it yet. It said it will arrive on 31st od december but, it hasn't arrived yet. Customer support is very poor. I used tracking number to track the order but it is not updated since the day of order. I tried to contact the customer support of the Italian BRT but they didn't replied to me either. If my order hasn't been shipped yet, then i want to be refunded. i cant wait any longer.

I have ordered a sofa in November claiming it will be delivered within 4 days. I have not recieved the sofa and contacted the customer service but recieved no reply. The shipping company is also unreachable. They have my money and I am without sofa or any reply back.
