Despite the Christmas discounts, delivery from Italy was fast, just 12 days, which I think is very good. We are satisfied with the quality of the chairs.

negative experience with the produceshop
Hello, I would like to write a negative review for this production shop, last Friday I received a manicure table that is damaged, the screws do not fit together and the parts necessary to set up the table are missing, I have been writing with the production shop team for a couple of days via email and by God the answers are absurd, they are not trying to solve the problem in any way.. I have never had such a bad experience through any online e-shop, so I wanted to warn you people, read first reviews of the given e-shop and only then order from it.. so that you don't end up like me :)

You are very welcome to contact me or at least answer on my messages on your customer care. Up to now no one has contacted me.
I ordered a trade mill, and have never received a package, they are saying that it has been delivered, I have asked them to help me out with providing information about where was it delivered and by which company,so I can contact delivery company,but no reply.

Fraud!
I made a order two months ago and I never receive the product, now they ask me to scan my ID and give to them so they can send it to a carrier out of denmark and make a claim. And I ask them to show me that is the request of the carrier and they will nots leak my personal information to other party, they rejected. Is this even legal?

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Bought through Leroy Merlin, the package arrived on very poor conditions, damaged, broken,... The chairs were dirty and with water marks for so long that the surface is permanently damaged, some of them with holes too, the colour between chairs and table not matching. Trying to contact and send them the pictures to probe the damage asking for refund and collect too, they do nkt have appropriate support method to receive pictures, they sent an email address u der my request that has an autorepky not sent message so there is not an appropriate method to make them receive the pictures, base on that they do absolutely anything so I am still wasting time to try to send a very clear poor quality and damage purchased! Also the delivery was much longest than expected and for nothing! Very poor system, also I bought from another company not directly from them they also washed their hands, shame on Leroy Merlin too. First and last purchase from either of those 2 companies! I want my money back, you are stealing my money on purpose sending damaged and poorly packed items and now no expecting to take responsability!

Table with big impacts / hiden damaged at the delivery
I bought a table on Produceshop (order number 724009298). The table was wrapped in 2 packagings. The outside packaging was not damaged but the second packaging inside was. So, they put 2 packaging to hide it was damaged! Of course, the table inside were damaged as well, there are 2 big impacts on the table. Now, there is no way to contact them neither phone number nor email. Really bad quality and service. Produceshop please contact me on my email, so I can have my money back or a new table. It seems like a really big skam this company... DO NOT BUY THERE.

Not one, but Zero stars
Trustpilot should really add a zero star possibility for companies like this. I have ordered a bar and 2 chairs. First they are sent in 2 separate orders, the bar was delayed for many days for unknown reason, and then when i received the shipments both were damaged. One chair with scratches, another with a broken mechanism and the bar had one of the corners ruined. I sent 4 pictures showing all the damages, and they replaying asking for : Picture taken from 1.5m, 4 angles, showing all the package, showing all the labels !! One will think this was a joke (including me) but unfortunately that was not a joke. I received alot of shipments from many places to my new home, and this was the only problematic one. Theya re clearly doing something wrong.
