Quite an interesting concept, and after ordering there once I went back. Unfortunately, I received a defective item, and the return process turned out to be very manual and inflexible. Especially frustrating for a bulky product. Requiring a printed label, at a time when QR codes are the standard (or label in the box), and offering only one return carrier, located quite far from me, doesn’t feel very customer-friendly.

Really bad. I ordered an oven in "Very good" condition. I received a piece of trash with dents so big that even the baking tray from the oven set couldn't hold inside and fell to the bottom as the oven's sides were both dented. The oven I received is a big piece of trash not suitable for selling to anyone.

Thus, I requested a return but Productpine turned out to be an intermediary between a company called retourkoop.nl and so the communication has been very slow.

Today I received the return label to a pick up point but the package is so big it can't fit inside a pick up locker, so imagine I'd have to walk 2 km to a nearest pick up shop parcel with an enormous 60x50x40 package. And the pick up shop can also say they won't accept the package because it's too big.

I asked Productpine to arrange a pick up from my home but so far they haven't responded. I'll update this review if they finally start working on picking up the trash they sent me. Strangely enough, when they sent the package they indicated the size is 1x1x1 cm, which in reality is more than 60x40x50cm.

Fortunately, I can just request a chargeback via my bank if they fail to arrange the pick up of the trash they sent me, and that's the only positive thing. Other than that, a waste of time and definitely not a sustainable option.

The user experience was clean, modern, and intuitive. I loved how transparent they are—clear information on pricing, shipping, and even the environmental impact of my purchase. It’s also great to know that they plant trees for every order. Shopping that actually contributes to the planet? Yes, please.

Shipping was fast, the packaging was eco-friendly, and the customer service was prompt and personal when I had a small question about my order.

If you’re someone who values design, sustainability, and supporting independent brands, I can’t recommend Productpine enough. It’s not just shopping—it’s shopping with intention.

Fine product for less than 50% of the original price

Great product, delivered in time!

What a great idea and good company! I needed 6 vacuum cleaners for holiday rental houses. And I bought 3 for a great price but also great vacuum cleaners. They where is new conditions and the delivery was more than fast.
5 star rating because I love the idea and service and products of this company.

The price and the environment stimulations options are a big bonus. I find the warranty procedure vague: there is no servicedesk at Productpine. You are being referred to the product vendor who needs to be aware of the purchasing history. Also the deliveryime options by Dynalogic/Breezy were costly and appeared to be unnecessary.
