Ik heb een refurbished tablet besteld. Deze werd binnen 7 werkdagen geleverd, wat ik netjes vind gezien het feit dat de zending uit het buitenland kwam (ik woon in Nederland). Het product kwam in goede staat aan. Hoewel de verzenddoos enige transportschade had opgelopen, was de binnenverpakking uitstekend en het product zelf volledig onbeschadigd.

Ik nam contact op met de klantenservice om de beschadiging te melden. Binnen enkele uren kreeg ik een vriendelijke reactie met de vraag of het product zelf nog in orde was. Die snelle en zorgvuldige opvolging waardeer ik enorm.

I bought a Delsey hand luggage. Not only that the price was about 30 Eur cheaper but it was delivered in 1 day to Belgium. I must say I had a great experience with this seller.

The smartwatch I bought is absolutely like new. The only thing which was missing, was the cable. Like in the description.
