I attended one of the Pro Espresso demo days because I was interested in a Rocket Apartamento TCA machine. After the demo and confirming the important details (i.e., convincing my wife that it was a good idea and going with her colour choice), the decision was made.

Just as a side note... there was no "hard sell" at the demo - just friendly experts who explained everything clearly and simply.

The specific machine and grinder combination I wanted wasn't available as a bundle, but a quick email to Tim the following day swiftly resolved that issue, and he arranged a combined deal for me. After placing the order, I was promised delivery for the following week when the stock arrived. Sure enough, I received a message from Russ (on the Sunday!) to inform me that he would be delivering my order personally the very next day (Monday).
If all companies communicated with their customers like this, the world would be a better place.

I am absolutely delighted with my new Rocket gear and feel confident that if I need any support in the future, the team at Pro Espresso will be there for me.

Really fast response and Tim kept us informed went out of his way to deliver before Christmas. The machine is beautiful and, as well as making great coffee, enhances the look of our kitchen.

Purchased the Rocket R Nine One from Tim at Pro Espresso. Didn't think I would get it before Christmas which I was a bit disappointed about but Tim went above and beyond and ensured it arrived Christmas Eve, again like a previous review, using a different courier.
I had already helped a friend set up his R Nine One so it wasn't long before I had set it up and within 4 very bitter shots had dialled it in and was making some great coffee,
I was originally looking at getting the Decent DE1, but after seeing the R Nine One at Tim's I was blown away by what this machine does. The shots I'm currently making at the moment are without doubt the best espresso's I have ever made.

Bought the Rocket R Nine One from Pro Espresso and couldn’t be happier with the machine and the service. They delivered it to me quicker than expected and on Xmas eve which involved using different delivery company than usual. Tim also helped me set it up over FaceTime!
If your looking for a pressure profiling machine this is excellent and can’t can’t recommend Pro Espresso enough.

Tim was very helpful with first few days of machine problem

After looking around for a great coffee machine that could be delivered to Northern Ireland I came across Pro Espresso who could deliver to our small part of the uk, everything came on the right date and time they said.
Working for a Northern Ireland family run coffee chain I wanted I home espresso machine and the rocket appartamento TCA is fantastic home machine.

Excellent company to deal with - highly professional and the personal service we received from Tim was 2nd to none
