It's been a long long time since I've experienced customer service this exceptional. From answering my initial questions about the machine to ensuring it was set up in my kitchen, the support has been outstanding. Although there was an issue caused by the delivery company (which was used due to my location and is no longer their partner), the item arrived damaged. However, I received an instant reply to my email, followed by phone calls, and a replacement machine was promptly delivered this was also followed up by phone calls to ensure I was happy, If you're considering a Rocket machine, look no further – the product is fantastic, and the customer care is second to none.

Pro Espresso provided a great customer service throughout and communication by Tim was excellent. We had a couple of minor hiccups along the way that were sorted out effectively and I’m delighted with my machine and grinder - both of which are stylish and great quality. After sales support was also brilliant - really helpful in answering my novice questions and getting me started with my new kit. Thank you Pro Espresso!

I cannot rate Pro Espresso highly enough and would wholeheartedly recommend the company to family and friends.

What a fantastic company they are.

Machine eventually delivered is great, but company seems to have issues with keeping up to promises,time-keeping, generally, and staff holiday is no excuse, and further excuses of 3rd party suppliers for one thing they don't stock themselves wear thin after 2-3 weeks. Delivery promises are bad generally. 2 person delivery for espresso machine? A lie, and just as well my back was just recovered enough to help the one person get machine from back of waste of road SUV and into house.
