Nadine's knowledge and energy is boundless!
She spoke on the popular session 'Difficult conversations and how to say no' at the Law Society Junior Solicitors Summit last week.
Her approach was interactive, full of practical tips delivered with a passion to communicate real advice.
Would highly recommend her as a speaker/trainer and looking forward to working with her again.

It was a pleasure to work with Nadine on a session for The Law Society's Junior Solicitor Network in Manchester. Nadine shared her thoughts and experience on "Managing up" and facilitated a great discussion to help junior solicitors get the most out of their relationship with their management team and consider ways to add value.

It was an excellent session and gave participants plenty of food for thought as they develop their careers.

Nadine Stanton was the guest speaker at the Law Society, Junior Solicitors event hosted by Weightmans LLP and she talked about managing upwards. An issue that I haven’t actively managed. Nadine took us through an interactive session that enabled us to understand how easy but extremely important it is to be aware of and manage. Thank you Nadine!

Donna Smith was our speaker and she was friendly, organised and knowledgeable on what she was talking to us about, which was Client Care. She managed us using a little bell, which she made fun of and put everyone at ease, but it kept her in control of all the discussions. Whilst the topic for her session was Client Care and it was focused on lawyers, she quickly saw that there were a number of support staff (administrative and IT) and tapered what she had asked to fit people's different lines of work, so that we could fully take part in the discussions. She asked for feedback from each table equally and listened to everyone's points of view and gave useful insights to us that we could consider and take away with us to help us improve our client care services. I would recommend Donna and like to have her speak to us again.

The Team at ETC Tax all enjoyed the Assertiveness Training delivered by Helen from Professional Training. The training was tailored to our suit our business and specific training needs and also linked to previous relevant training and also scheduled training sessions we will have delivered by Professional Training later in the year. We received pre-training material to help motivate and get buy in from the team prior to having the training session with Helen which made for a more engaging and interactive training session.

We ran a two day residential event for new partners with Professional Training. The presenter was very knowledgeable and friendly and the feedback from the delegates on the event as a whole was extremely good.

Nadine spoke at the MJN event on 9 March 2023 and led the interactive side of the talk. Nadine is clearly very experienced and brought an energy to the evening that wouldn't have been present without her. Nadine helped the audience mix and interact as well as providing some humour. Thanks Nadine, I look forward to attending the next event you speak at.

Having attended three of Nadine’s training sessions – I cannot recommend her enough. These sessions have improved my confidence and I have left every talk having learnt something that I could implement in my role as a trainee solicitor (and now as an Associate) and generally in my life! The sessions are fun, interactive and use real life examples that teach you how to deal with difficult situations.

The sessions led by Nadine that I have attended have come at a perfect time in my career. The sessions have been engaging and importantly thought provoking. I recently attended a training webinar provided by Nadine and her team, having previously attended a number of training sessions provided by Nadine a few years ago. The session was as informative and engaging as I remember the previous ones being - a good mix of theory and examples from real-life experience, and I came away with some good practical tips that I have already put into practice.
