If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Please do not use this broker for your car shipping needs and save yourself the stress. They constantly harass you with phone calls and texts with no business purpose other than to scam and bully you out of more money. I will text them and email them asking for updates or asking what they need but refuse to communicaye any of the “updates” in writing. They lied to me about their company policy multiple times and tried to trick me into thinking there was something in our contract that allowed them to upcharge me after we signed the contract when there wasn’t. Everyone I have spoken to is a manipulative liar that tries to bully you into giving them money every step of the way. Once you catch them in a lie and call them out, they become condescending and try to gaslight you. They are holding our car as ransom until we pay DOUBLE the amount quoted. PLEASE NO ONE USE THEM AS THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR CAR!!!!!

Gary Allan was very professional and understanding. I can't say the same for the driver, he was rude, he yelled at me and my 14 years old brother. My car was supposed to be deliver in 4 days but it took longer and I was very patient. Overall Gary had great customer service skills.

My experience with Profexo was great! Jennifer Wilson was the representative that I worked with and she was excellent at communicating updates on my vehicle shipment. She was always available when I had questions and was always quick to respond. My vehicle arrived undamaged and the price I paid was very fair. Profexo worked with me until we came to an agreement on price and I appreciate that. I would definitely use Profexo again for shipping my vehicle and I recommend them for their service.

My experience was great! Zaza, Mark Anderson, and others were so helpful during the transport of my vehicle. A service you can truly count on. They even patiently navigated down a very narrow road to deliver it (yikes) where police assistance was needed. No problem for these guys, who remained calm and professional the whole time.

These people are liars
These people are liars! They had two weeks to perform. They told me that they assigned a driver a week ago and instead of picking up the vehicle the just ignored it. NO call, no text. Stay away from this “company.” They will lie through their teeth. Particularly “Frank Stevens” and Richard in dispatch.
3/22/24. Updating my review. Just returned from a 2,000 mile trip picking up the vehicle that this firm agreed to deliver. Been four days now. No refund. Will have to take other avenues to obtain my $216 refund. Please note that management has failed to even comment on the review. Buyer Beware!
