I just had to deal with this company under an emergency circumstances and they did everything above and beyond what was expected. The company is very very professional from the phone staff to their drivers I would recommend them to everybody and anybody that needed transportation I personally dealt with somebody by the name Zev and he was absolutely amazing. HORRIBLE, DISHONEST COMPANY
DO NOT use Profexo under any circumstances. They quoted me $675 for a one-way shipment which was a fantastic price, in fact I almost felt it was too good to be true until I carefully read through the contract and found no hidden fees or misleading language. I felt comfortable and signed, then paid the deposit. I was confident that my vehicle would be shipped 3 weeks later at the contracted price. Then, the day before scheduled pickup, I called to confirm the expected arrival time as I had not heard from anyone at the company. It was at this time that they informed me they had little to no available drivers and that to make the pickup happen on the scheduled date, we'd need to pay over $3000. Almost FIVE TIMES the originally agreed upon price! After a full day of painstaking and exhausting "negotiation" (inappropriate and hostile conversations with multiple employees and supervisors consisting of yelling and name calling, texting us screenshots of their load boards saying things like "see, nobody else will work with you at the original price!" and acting as if they were doing us a favor by working so hard to find a driver, etc), we were finally able to get the price "down" to $1000. We agreed to it because we had no choice with flights across the country booked for the next morning. Then, when the vehicle arrived at its destination, the main representative we dealt with throughout the ordeal, Jason, had the nerve to call me requesting a positive review since the vehicle arrived with no damage and he "only agreed to the $1000 price in exchange for 5 star ratings online." He then followed up with a text that said "I need two 5-star reviews from you with my name 'Jason Lee' in it. One on this website (link to Trustpilot page) one on this website (link to their Google listing)." Well, here's your review Jason! Profexo made our lives a living hell during what should have been the easiest and simplest part of an already stressful cross-country move. To say they are dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional would be an understatement. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Even though I had found shipping previously, Denver reached out to me. I am upset that I didn’t use Denver’s organization for the shipping, and if I ever need this again, I know where to go!
