I’m a Proform girl any day and Proform has never dissapointed me. I love to walk on incline up to level 9 even though to machine has capacity beyond that. I’ve had the treadmill for 1 year now and still counting and I’m getting my money worth every day.

I like most of the instructors. I prefer to have more 20 min workouts but the 30 minutes ones work ok. I wish I could pause the workout when I get interrupted. Gideon is my favorite
It does the job and the machine is very reliable. Great value for the price.

Bought two machines, a hiit trainer and a rower. The rower had a screen fault which I was quickly sent a replacement for. The hiit trainer made strange noises and turns out had a damaged bearing inside, it took over 6 months and multiple visits from the technicians to fix it and it subsequently developed another fault, and the screen/console fan was burnt out within an hour of use.
While I will say customer service here in Spain have been excellent, and Ifit as a product is great, I will never buy another proform training machine.

I like the bike but I get frustrated over the iFit programming. Too often, they jump to a different trainer/ ride or level [beginner, intermediate, or advanced] without any reason. it's as if they are trying to push me to a different trainer to balance them out with time.

Would never go back to regular treadmill
It is much nicer to walk/hike/jog to a wonderful scenery by a guide, and have the machine mimic the terrain than do a "fatburner" program on a treadmill without a screen.

OK Treadmill. I use it manual mode since too $$ for subscription. Sub allows full interactive but difficult to hear coaching and up/down/speed changes are cute once but annoying. Recommended turn off with switch under unit is very poor design so put plug on switch to kill power after use. Boot when power on takes long time. Noisy fan that doesn’t blow much air. S/W updates awkward but good to see someone working on sloppy software.

I love my ProForm treadmill. This is the second ProForm treadmill I’ve owned since about 2008. The product performs exactly as it should and never lets me down. It’s a great piece of equipment for a very reasonable price.
When I purchased the Pro Form exercise mirror, the description did say it required a monthly subscription. But it did not mention the ridiculous cost! If I knew the subscription cost $40 a month, it would still be on the shelf right now.

Machine is great but as I already subscribe to strava, zwift and rouvy I cannot warrant the ifit fees as well unfortunately. Maybe when my numbers come up🤗
My treadmill has been great - but it’s only a couple of years old and it’s leaking oil (?) and will often just stop quickly without warning .

The treadmill was awesome when I first started using it. After a while, the incline mechanism creaks and groans when using it. It still works but the noise is irritating. Everything else works well, I really like being connected to the iFit treadmill workouts.

I bought the ellipticle to train for backcountry splitboarding and truly enjoy completing my "wintervals". I would give 5 stars for a review but the software is sometimes wonky.
The product I bought the 1295i treadmill was very good and I have had it for 4 years. The best home use treadmill I have seen. The only problem was the that the board broke. But i reached out to pro form and they helped me with advice on how to change the board by email and on youtube
The ability to connect to my iFit account has made working out a lot more enjoyable and helps me keep track of my progress.

My Proform treadmill has become an essential piece of exercise equipment for my family. We love how motivating Ifit is and use our treadmill almost every day. When we had a setup issue it was resolved quickly. We loved the equipment so much we also bought a studio bike.
I have had my studio bike almost a year now, and use it almost every day. I have had very few issues with it. There are a few times I have had problems with the program loading or capturing my workout stats, but overall it has worked well.
The biggest issue is that it does not turn on and off without unplugging. I bought a smart plug-in and control it with a device, but it would be more convenient without having to do that.
I am wanting to now get a rowing machine, and am looking at ProForm for that as well.
The app did not work, it requires a subscription in order for me to use my equipment that I paid allot of money for. I bought the equipment let me use the machine as my exercise the way I want.

I purchased my bike in Nov 2023. The bike was good for 4 months and then I started having problems. The belt on the belt drive is rubbing and black shavings are now around underneath the bike. Also the crank shaft make a lot of noise and isn't smooth. I have ridden bikes and have a Giant Defy and an electric bike. This is the worst bike I've ever owned. The help centre are very poor and uninterested in my problem. A very poor bike for £1300.
