I like many others, I believe, first thought about purchasing from Pro Form, based on using them in numerous hotels & gyms. When my Bowflex finally gave out, I decided to take a closer look at Pro Form, after a month or so of reading reviews on their Ellipticals I decided to purchase the Carbon EL. We assembled it the same day, step by step, we were pumped, if this worked out the treadmill was next on the list! Unfortunately it has never worked, after downloading the app, checking all the connections 10x, we still could not get any use our of it, the Display powers up, but is completely useless. We have not been able to run any programs whatsoever. Don't fret we thought, we have a 5yr maintenance plan...what a joke, no # to contact them by & emails are never answered, just an auto reply telling you that your request has been received. Well after waiting 6 weeks for an answer, I decided to post this horror story so that no one else would be defrauded by this company. To add insult to injury, they then sent me a 'Special Invitation' to extend my maintenance agreement...my night schedule opened up immediately so that I could alert the world about this scam!

Purchased a 4 yr warranty that included a yearly in home tune up. Had some minor noises going on while using our new Carbon T10 and tried to use the warranty we purchased just for something like this. I started filling out warranty requests in Dec 2022 and did receive a response from Proform/ifit (automated I’m sure) that acknowledged the request and said someone would get in touch). NADA after that msg. There is NO human response and you can not get help even though your product is brand new and under warranty. We have been waiting 2 months for a human response but crickets. Only good thing is that it’s still working.

I bought a proform bike with a tablet console. I used it for about 4 months the console started shutting down and rebooting in the middle of workouts. I started trying to get the problem resolved in July finally on December I got an answer stating it was my console hardware problem. At that time was told a replacement would be sent ASAP. Warranty went out in December so I asked would it be honored since I have been waiting on the company to respond/fix my issues. I was assured yes it would be just to contact when I got new console set up. I received the new console on Jan 30,2023. Once I got the new console setup and attempted to do a workout the same issue started. I contacted pro form customer support chat no answer email no answer. I finally got a representative by phone and was told my warranty was out and it would be $150 to get a technician to come out. I refused to pay anything because I was told it would be covered. I was then sent to another department and setup a virtual chat and sent a video of the issue. A couple of things were tried with nothing accomplished. After about an hour and half and 2 apps being downloaded the representative hung up on me.
This is the absolute worst experience and equipment you could have. I would definitely advise against buying from this company.

saying it could not be cancelled. It was already shipped. It was not shipped. FedEx says it was shipped on 18 of October when Proform says it shipped 14 October. I cancelled the order before it was shipped and the TD Bank company who finances are trying to make me pay a $250 cancellation fee. Proform opted to not have the box signed upon delivery and dropped it at my front door about 530 in the evening with no signature nor even ring the bell or text me it had been delivered. They won’t be around too much longer. Slicksters. This company is no good. TD BANK should drop them ASAP. Who wants to form a class action case against them. I am GaryBushell easy to find on the internet
Screen went out in December. Told me 3 weeks for get a new one. 3 weeks later told another 3 weeks. 3 weeks later told me another 3 weeks again. Now I'm told 6-8 weeks. Pro-form is total CRAP company even in warranty. NEVER BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

I bought my bike from BJs late Dec 2020 and bought extended warranty through 2025. I am going to contact BJs and tell them they are selling a product from a manufacturer that is not living up to its responsibility to the customer. They are literally non responsible.

We bought a treadmill in December 2022, received it and assembled, registered on Jan 5, 2023 but the console has a short and we can not get a response from Proform/ifit requests, calls, messages. There is NO human response and you can not get help even though your product is brand new and under warranty. We have been waiting for 4 weeks for a response, but have a treadmill that will not work.
Worst support I have ever experienced. Bought a pro-form carbon treadmill in January. Treadmill still doesn't work. The treadmill doesn't recognize the safety key is installed. They have text based support on there website that says no agents available when you try to use it. They have an email option that just responds with a case number and links you to ways to keep working out without a treadmill. Over a month and three case numbers and never a phone call or email. I have spent eight hours on hold for support. Talked to some of the worst, unknowledgeable support staff that I have ever dealt with. They sent me a new safety key... That didn't fix the problem... I knew and argued that that wasn't the problem... Don't know if I have the patience to wait another three hours to try something else... Worst company ever
Bought an elliptical from them. I have called everyday. I have also emailed them. No call back. I have waited on the phone for over an hour multiple times. At this point I’m beyond frustrated and ready to throw the elliptical out. ProForm you all suck!!!

This is the worst company to get a hold off. Their automated system says it will keep your place and call you back. It never does. I have left my number with them 3 times!! Ready to take my elliptical back to Costco.

I purchased a proform pro9000, I have had this for a year and a half. I am having problems with it but can't get through to customer service. I have left plenty of e-mails asking for a service technician to fix it but to no regards. Customer service sucks! They don't help with any repairs. I would not buy another one!

I purchased hiitl6 elliptical trainer on 12/12/2022 after 4 weeks it suffered a bearing failure rendering it useless .customer service Non existent, downright rude, refused point blank to either repair or replace ! To say I am speechless is an understatement. Companies such as this should not legally be allowed to trade, they have no regard for consumer rights etc.
Inside of the machine is completely rusted. Came that way from warehouse. I have sent numerous e mails and phone calls and no one calls me back. Do not buy you will regret it.
