It’s a scam! I have been trying to cash out for over a month and
every time my eight days is up it tells me something else is wrong and I have to redo it and it takes eight more days. Just a long draw out scam don’t do it. and it tells me next Friday the case and it will be resolved within seven days business days and it’s been two weeks and nothing.

I really like how straightforward the earnings are...the goals aren't too high for completion. The surveys pay decently as well.

So far its good, haven’t cashed out yet, theres a good selection of games and you can also complete tasks.

Don’t get any rewards been playing 3 weeks and only earned £35 and they even charged me £2.50 to redeem £15 keep changing the goal posts so unavailable

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PLAY ON THIS PLATFORM,,,,, I had hoped ,I would NOT have to write this review. Unfortunately the treatment I have received from the company has been horrendous.
I played a few games back in Sept on this platform. I did make money all be I had to spend some too to achieve it. I had a cash pot of £250 . I tried to cash out . Only allowed to request £15;,of which they wanted £2.50 fee told me it would take 8daysvto go into my PayPal . Lol then 10daus later after I contacted them payment request was passed for a manual check . Yesterday after being ghosted for a month, with delay after delay. Reason given by email
Yesterday saying there had been fraudulent activity on my account , so they closed it and refused to pay me out . Quoting there terms and conditions that I had no grounds for appeal . Just for reference ,I am a 74 year old state pensioner, I would not know how to start being 🤥 fraudulent.

I accumulated a small pot of funds - £15 and wanted to cashout as I had experienced issues with other providers with cashing out. Cashed out £15 and was charged £2.50..

Accumulated another small £25, and again wanted to cash out, I attempted to do this on:
27th September
10th October
21st October
Payout is meant to be 7 days, it has been nearly a month!!
It also now says in review and the process will take 7 days - it has said that for 10 business days. I have emailed the appeals team 3 times (no reply). I have also raised a support ticket and followed it up (no reply).

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

They are clearly a scam! Don't waste your time, you wont benefit from it.

As far as customer service, I don't believe it even exists.

Love it it is the best app I have downloaded so far

If I could give them negative stars I would I downloaded this app just to do all the task they ask me to do for them to say I did it to fast and they weren't able to pay me the money I earned
