Very fun to play I like the games

I accumulated a small pot of funds - £15 and wanted to cashout as I had experienced issues with other providers with cashing out. Cashed out £15 and was charged £2.50..

Accumulated another small £25, and again wanted to cash out, I attempted to do this on:
27th September
10th October
21st October
Payout is meant to be 7 days, it has been nearly a month!!
It also now says in review and the process will take 7 days - it has said that for 10 business days. I have emailed the appeals team 3 times (no reply). I have also raised a support ticket and followed it up (no reply).

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

They are clearly a scam! Don't waste your time, you wont benefit from it.

As far as customer service, I don't believe it even exists.

Love it it is the best app I have downloaded so far

If I could give them negative stars I would I downloaded this app just to do all the task they ask me to do for them to say I did it to fast and they weren't able to pay me the money I earned

So far has been amazing. Still waiting to get to the full amount to withdraw the funds. I only had one issue so far with downloading one game and it didn’t connect which sucks. But the other two games worked just fine

Joined this site in September 2026. Earned funds & tried to withdraw. First withdrawal was limited & expected to pay a % in fees. On checking my withdrawal was rejected but another automatically set up. This was then also rejected & message stated it was being manually checked. I tried to chase things up by emailing the various addresses listed & they have not bothered responding. I then logged into my account to a message stating My account was frozen for breaching something or other & email their appeals & explain why this is wrong?? I emailed asking firstly what had I infact breached? Then regarding my withdrawals. To date no 1 has had the decency to acknowledge or respond to any of my emails. To top it off, all of the funds I had earned over £100 has gone. Needless to say still no response from anyone. If this site is 100% legit then this is a disgraceful way to treat people who join the site hoping to earn some extra money! Disgusting not to respond to queries then to remove funds legitimately earned without explanation.

Good luck to the new people. My guess is if you cash out a small amount you might get paid. I have been trying to get my 35$ paid since September 15th. It's been denied once, under review twice, and now they dont communicate. No reason as to why it was denied, no reason why its in review, which says it usually takes 7 days. I have been in review this entire month. It's simple, pay or dont, but do something. Big waste of time and frustrating. Also had several issues with milestones tracking properly. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

Awful. I have played for months… sent my passport, requested a simple payout of 12 to Paypal… wait a week, rejected, wait another week rejected, now in manual review for a week apparently however it’s now been months to the point they owed me £70. Sent several emails, ignored sent several online tickets ignored and today when I have went in to check for a response they appear to have closed my account instead of responding or paying out. I use a lot of these apps and receive PayPal payouts daily. There is no reason for any of this. I can only suggest scam site. The worst pay to play app…. Don’t waste your time … update… after reviewing complaints procedure they have breached their own … you CAN log an ombudsman complaint if its payment related which is exactly what i have now done

Love the games so far occupying and challenging not sure about everything else that comes with the games we’ll see in maybe 1 week 2 weeks im excited about receiving 1st reward and exploring different levels im getting up there 400 and counting
