The desk is certainly sturdy however the shipment, while fast left much to be desired as the box the frame was in came apart and left some scrapes and there is a crack in the finish underneath the desktop in one corner of the cutout. Neither impact utilization but it was brand new?!

Everything went really smoothly with my order, and I'm really happy with what I got. The desk came quickly and was pretty easy to put together - I only needed help to flip it over, the rest was a one-person job. I got the dark bamboo table top with white legs, and it looks so nice! The movement of the desk is smooth, and it was really easy to set the memory keys.

A pleasant surprise.
Frame looks sturdy and easily lifts my 2 desktop computers and 2 ultrawide monitors. Not shaky at all at any height. Best value for the money.

The desk is for all intents and purposes, perfect! Exactly as described, smooth and very easy to assemble. Shipping was goo as well, 3 packages easy to track and fast delivery.

Bought a standing L desk frame for use in my new desk. The look and feel of the frame is great, the problem was one of the 3 legs was defective. I had to spend nearly 2 hours on my own trying to figure out if I had made a mistake or if the unit was actually defective. Support was pretty helpful and didn't make me run through too many hoops to get a RMA processed, but the replacement part took longer than expected or quoted to show up. This delayed my overall project by an extra week.

So overall build quality and use, pretty damn good. Being told signing up for emails will get a one time discount code, which never shows, isn't great. Having a doa product arrive, also not great. being quoted 2-4 business days for the RMA replacement on a sunday only to have the item show up a week later (7 full days, 5 business days) is also not ideal. As such even though the product is great, I'm not sure I'd want to deal with the hassle again.

So far so good, only been working at my desk for a week or so, but it fits perfectly in my smallish office. I did have a hiccup when I first received my desk but a replacement part was immediately couriered out to me.

The table is great packaging did a good job protecting the table during shipment, however the given it’s price, the tabletop should be made of better material

I got the corner ryzen, and the desk is very nice and stable, however building the desk was quite hard and took many hours. Some of the instructions in the video were not super clear, so there was a bit of guesswork and we had to redo some parts. The pieces of the desk are also all very heavy so it would definitely be very hard to build on your own, I would suggest getting at least 1 person to help lift and flip the desk.

I recently purchased a bamboo-top desk which arrived within a couple of days of my purchase - incredibly fast! Opening the box was delayed by my daughter as I was abroad at the time. The 2 of us set it up and we were instantly impressed by the weight, stability and look of the desk. Unfortunately, we discovered a thumb-sized dent in the top. When I contacted Progressive about this, they responded the same day and we received a replacement desk top within days.
I thoroughly canvassed all other Cdn companies selling desks as I really wanted to buy a Cdn product. From my reviews I saw even though there were Cdn companies, the parts were still coming in from overseas. I went with Progressive because of their warranty and to support a B.C. based company. I would buy a product from this company again without hesitation as the product is good and the customer service is in my view outstanding.

Great desk, very nice finishing. I was looking for l-shaped desk with a very precise size, luckily progressdesk offer that size. They have very good options in different sizes. There after sales service is fantastic, there was a small issue with the predrilled holes I just called them and they quick send a replacement piece. As of now I am very happy customer. Thanks

Nice and sturdy table frame.

I ordered the Solo Ryzer Frame in black. All the parts were there; I’d give the instructions a 90% score as some diagrams were missing so had to infer what the next steps were. The one thing that knocked off a star is that it was a bit creaky on one end so added some cardboard between the base and my custom desktop to stop the rattle between 2 metal pieces. It’s a good solid desk frame and I’m happy with it.

I’m quite happy with my new desk. It was easy to assemble, and the design is sturdy, the rise/lower function works well, & it was well packaged to prevent damage in transit.

There was an issue with delivery however when your courier Canpar didn’t keep the 3 separate boxes together in transit & I was left waiting for 1 of them past your quoted delivery time. I contacted them, but their customer service didn’t seem to know what had happened.

I purchased the more expensive bamboo desk top because it is supposed to be a more sustainable option. I am generally very pleased with it but I would prefer that it’s edges had been beveled slightly or had a rounded edge. Also I’ve noticed a small area on one edge where the coating has appeared to have chipped off.

Generally I’m well satisfied with the desk.

High quality desk top, pre drilling screw holes are very convenient to install desk frame. And can hold massive weight. One downside is the finger print is easy to leave on the top
