Support is never available, 15pm on tuesday, support chat is off, when calling support line "No agents are availabe" 2 years ago proisp had best support service, you could call them on sunday and they would answer, now it's useless, migrating all our business elsewhere.

However, due to the shared hosting environment that we currently have, we implement some restrictions and limitations and this includes external access of database. Your database can only be accessed through your Control Panel for security reasons.
