nothing special but ok
Just recieved my caramel choc doughnut, its not as big as i thought it would be, the caramel tastes exactly like whats in those caramel slice cakes with choc on top… ill be honest, the doughnut is not as good as i was expecting but maybe picked the wrong doughnut flavour, i would maybe try another one, its nice enough but not the best i have tried.

Lovely doughnut delivered for…
Lovely doughnut delivered for valentines. I ordered the buenissmo mega heart as a gift for my husband. Delivered on time. Only 4 stars is because the filling is made out to be much more than is actually in there. It was made out to be filled to the brim with nutella but only a small amount actually inside.
But I'd order again the doughnut itself was really nice!

I bought a biscoff mega heart doughnut…
I bought a biscoff mega heart doughnut for my partner for Valentine's Day, and it came on time and looked great in the box. However, it had hardly any filling in it, which was very disappointing because it is a bit dry and bread-like due to being a huge doughnut with 2 or 3 tiny blobs of filling. If you look at their social media (I saw it on Tiktok) they advertise them as being generously filled. Based on the price and quality of the product, I would not purchase any more products from them, and will not trust their marketing.

Baby bad vegan doughnut amazing
Had the Baby bad vegan doughnut, amazing doughnut, tastes just the same as a doughnut with egg in it. The biscoff toppings were so good except for the biscuit itself which was stale, the biscoff icing was top notch, the biscoff filling was splendid too. And there was plenty of the toppings too.

Not as good as they used to be ….
I’ve ordered from this company several times previously …
Oh this recent particular occasion I found the doughnuts to be less soft/ fresh as before, and they were not as big, and when you pay £25 out for them, you would expect them to be just as good as before, but sadly they were not.
My daughter ate the last one this morning, and found a hair in it, which was also very disappointing ..

Incredible customer service! I ordered a box to the wrong address which was subsequently returned back and although completely my fault the Project D team redelivered a box of doughnuts so my friend wasn't without their birthday present. Love them!

Late delivery - poor customer service.
Item delivered the day after the requested date which meant the delivery was ultimately pointless - to be told that donuts posted Thursday (so presumably prepared Wednesday) would be “fine” for Saturday is a reach. But hey always a joy just to be fired a link to read the comprehensive t&c of service where it tells you late deliveries are basically tough luck. There are other doughnut companies out there doing it better which is where I’ll be headed for further purchases. Oh and the donuts arrived looking like they’d been through a tumble drier. Perfect.

Absolute shocker
My wife ordered a four box of donuts for my birthday. The website states throughout the delivery details that it will be sent by DPD, but instead they were sent by Royal Mail. Royal Mail missed the delivery time window and so there was nobody at home and no details on where the package was headed. Our video doorbell footage shows the driver throwing the parcel back in the van after turning it over a couple of times. Next day we went to the collection office on a whim and recovered the package. The packaging has no labelling such as "fragile" or "this way up", so no wonder that the delivery driver was not handling them with care, it wasn't his fault! Upon opening the package, the donuts were severely damaged and bore no resemblance to the advertised picture on the website. It took two attempts by email to get them to agree to a refund, the first time we were told "they'll still taste the same", which is a ridiculous attitude when you are paying over £4 per donut! The refund was then "forgotten" until we raised a dispute through PayPal and made a series of social media posts. My posts have now been deleted by the company and I have been blocked by them on Facebook. It really is pathetic that a company cannot promptly issue a refund or accept some criticism when things go wrong. As good as the donuts are, they are overpriced and the customer service is utterly shocking.

We have done some further checks and can see that your refund was delayed slightly and we do apologise for this, it was an oversight on our behalf but we can see that this has now been rectified. We do try very hard to deal with any issues promptly and are sorry that this didn't happen in this instance.
We're sorry that you feel that the doughnuts are overpriced, for the size and quality we have received many comments to say that they are good value for money and we hope that you still enjoyed them.
Again very sorry for this issue and any inconvenience you have incurred, we do hope that you might give us another try sometime in the future when we promise to do better. Many thanks

Friendly staff and easy to order. Lovely how there was no plastic on delivery, high quality product when delivered.
Big doughnuts, very sweet and high quality. Each different however there is room for improvement on some flavours e.g red velvet could do with a chocolate doughnut rather than a plain one. The lotus and the Pink donut was on another level. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend.

These donuts are absolutely amazing!!!! I ordered the giant donut for my daughters 8th birthday and it was amazing! I’d say better than krispy kreme!
