Superb service
I have always used Projected Image for logo gobos for our lighting. Service and quality has always been excellent. My most recent order was turned around in record time due to an oversight on my part. Absolutely phenomenal service.

Great service and assistance from the team
The team opened an account for me and transferred an order from a client of ours and handled everything very smoothly and professionally. After order was placed it was only a matter of hours before this was dispatched and a couple of days to be sat on my desk. Very speedy turn around. Much appreciated.

Web site still asks for a new password…
Web site still asks for a new password everytime you log on. Can't get a quote on a custom gobo as there is no drop down for type of fixture. I sent an e mail two days ago, still no response.
Thank you for your reply and subsequent phone call.
This doesn't refer to the previous Gobo but a new one I was trying to order this week. I have however managed to order a quote this morning. Thank you for updating the website.

Appreciate the feedback, we have just launched a new site to try and make our customer experience better but inevitably there was some bugs.
However, I believe we still managed to get the product out in time for you, so I am disappointed that you feel we haven’t lived up to our normal high standards. As a small business working in a particular difficult sector at the minutes these type of reviews are disappointing when left by long term valued customers. Hopefully in the future you can find a more reliable manufacturer.
