This group would not acknowledge my request to cancel my order. Order arrived with zero paperwork. I requested return/refund and was ignored. Should have read the prior reviews obviously. Nasty operation!

Fake, spam. Item never showed up and no customer support response.

Hopefully you are reading this and have not handed over your money yet because they are scammers and thieves. The polished website made me think this was going to be another, relatively hassle-free, purchase. Boy was I wrong.

Ordered and then got an email two weeks later stating “sorry” and that they are backlogged and very busy so they haven’t shipped. Nearly a month after that and still no shipment or update. They ignore your emails and you cannot reach anyone over the phone (it’s a recording).

If you still feel compelled to buy from them then save yourself some trouble and just burn the money. You would at least get light and warmth.

This taught me a lesson to do my research first BEFORE handing over my money. Please buy on trusted marketplace or vendors that hold themselves accountable.

I wish I found these reviews before ordering from them. I ordered a pair of immortal shoes and nobody got back to me yet no tracking number nothing. I lost 70 dollars. that's a lot of money in my country. And no way to get it back like paypal or something. I hope they burn down. scaming i*iots

Scam, I have not received my item and over 40 days have passed. And they do not respond to my inquiries, do not buy anything there

These guys decided not to contact me for 2 months after I ordered from them. Then, once I decided to order the item from elsewhere and already had the item, they sent it to me. Garbage business, I highly recommend not giving these people your money.

Scam I've reported them . My bank is currently filing a fraud claim against this company.

This is a scam!!! I received the wrong product and when I sent it back for an exchange they never responded to multiple emails and I haven't received a replacement after a year of waiting.

Jhene Wantaberg is the costumer service rep that blew me off. Be warned.

Total scam. I bought a pair of shoes and they fell apart within a couple weeks. Support took forever to get back to me.

I recently bought a mask for covid-19 because it looked cool and unique. Found it on Amazon for ~50% of the price. They just middle man or mark things up for egregious amounts. I emailed to cancel before the order shipped. They didn’t get back to me until after they shipped it several days later and said they couldn’t cancel it.

Not sure what kind of operation they’re running over there but they’re not on top of things and you can buy the same stuff elsewhere for almost 50% of the price.

Don’t buy to this company. It’s a fake. I bought a shoes 3 months ago, still waiting. And they don’t answer to the phone.

Sent me shoes that don't feet to my size (that specified off course in my order). Contact theme and they advise to send them back the shoes and they will send me new once back. After sending theme the shoes back trying to get them for the past half year and no answer.
They just still my money basically

Do not trust this company! I ordered a Ferfen Product (immortal shoes) 7 months ago! It was not delivered and Fersen still didnt refund any money. The worst customer service ever!

SCAM!!! Don't by there. You never receive your product and never get an answer from the support team. Money gone forever!

Do not buy at this company. They have no track and trace you never get your shoes, (which I ordered) then they promise when they return to their office they will resend the order but they never do. I mailed them four times but no luck. Jhene is the name of the person who will respond, no last name...Do not believe their website about excellent customer service. I asked for a refund but no result. My advice do not buy anything at project Fersen.

Took several weeks to deliver- was so long that I lost track. Then, I found the product to run really small: I ordered 1 size larger as suggested, and still the shoes were EXTREMELY SMALL. I asked to return the shoes but the answer was a flat “no”. DON’T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Total rip off: Bought 2 pairs of Immortal TM shoes from Projectferson as they advertised them as having new anti slip technology soles. As I had recently had a serious accident slipping on diesel and rain water at a gas station I paid over $100.00 NZ dollars each for them. They are the slipperiest shoes I own. I have slipped for the first time on my deck while wearing them and was the only person to slip when alighting from a 12 passenger van while wearing them. Have seen them advertised on other sites and there is no mention of anti slip technology. Have only owned them for a couple of months and the fabric (advertised as super strong) has begun wearing off the toes so they no longer look good. Would never purchase from this dishonest company again.

I wish I found these reviews earlier and it's too bad you can't post reviews on their website. What a scam. We thought it was posted in Canadian dollars for their immortal shoes but turned out to be USD. I emailed twice to cancel the order but no response. Mastercard favored them for some reason. No longer a Mastercard client. Disgusting.

THEY ROBBED ME !! DONT BUY IT !!!!! I ordered and pay for a Inmortal Shoes and never received it. It has been 2 months. The tracking number stopped updating the info after 15 days, but is a scam. I had just one email answered from support, from Jhene. But didnt answer any more. I have just lost $70 US.

Scam! Be careful. I ordered a pair of shoes through this vendor. I took one size bigger than the biggest shoes I have already. The shoes delivered were still too small! I contacted them for an exchange. Result: the ask me to send the shoes from Belgium to California for a price of 72 € (15€ more than the price of the shoes).
This is ridiculous. BTW the shoes came from China. Don't buy this crap.
