Bad Products, no refunds
I bought some shoes there, really bad quality. I then returned the shoes and they promised to refund them. I got no money back at all and the support does not answer anymore. Do not order anything there!
Immortal Shoes Project Fersen
I received my immortal shoes today. The size fits me and they don’t have a chemical smell or something. I readed the reviews after ordering and expected something awful but I‘m quite happy with the quality. I haven‘t worn them yet but I‘ll try them today.
This is a scam website
This is a scam website. They never send the items you buy and pay for. They also don't give refunds and constantly give the run around to draw out the clock. This is fraud. Their website should be taken down. Do not buy from this website and Facebook should take them off of their site as well.
"Jhene" is a scammer and should go find an honest way to make $.
"Jhene" is a scammer that should have stayed away from retail or any form of customer service.
Bait and switch: Told me to ship something back for a refund for an obviously poorly advertised product, when I spent the money to ship back and provided a tracking, ghosted. Now VISA will look into this for a fraudulent charge as a result (kept all communication log).
Thanks for saving me more $ in the future by showing me your true "business sense". Saved me from buying 3 more pairs and other referrals. Try to save a few bucks, you gained a deferral for life.
Never dealing with this form of online "business" again, go look for another scam venture in two years after you go buh bye. The business exists to serve its clients for the longevity of the business.
The universe will take care of scums like these in the long run, keep my money, you need it.
Peace
Project Worsen
I ordered project Fersens steel toe work shoes. They are lightweight, comfortable and they just barely fit my size 13 feet, but my little toes are cramped. ( As an aside, I’ve ordered 2 other products from companies who advertise on Instagram who ship directly from China- each item has been too small- a “large” is really a Medium in US sizes). These shoes are not puncture proof as advertised. I stepped on a 1-1/2” nail and it went right into my foot! Then on the first day the laces on one shoe broke. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it took many weeks to arrive from China despite emails stating they would arrive soon. Project Fersen is a big disappointment
What a scam-company
Ordered the "immortal shoes"... If you want this rubbish, just buy for a fraction of the price trough Aliexpress. These shoes ship from China, so you better order directly and save some money (or just don't buy, you can spend your money on something useful).
The size it's wrong, when I told them they tell me to send it back to them, got an address in Canada and China, have to arrange the return myself and would cost me €32,-. They think I'm crazy?
Gladly my payment was with PayPal so I got a full refund after I made a dispute. This company didn't respond at all. That was good for me, but tells a lot about their 100% satisfactory claim. It's rubbish too.

Don't buy anything from this company!!
Don't buy anything from this company I…
Don't buy anything from this company I bought 2 pair of safety shoes, and sent them back to the company, but I never got my my money back. to bad it's a scam company.
Ordered shoes which were never…
Ordered shoes which were never received. FedEx showed it delivered and may have delivered to the wrong address but why is that my problem? Project fersen is responsible for who they elect to use to fulfill their orders.
FedEx said I needed to ask project fersen to contact them on this matter and project fersen refused. Long story short I am out in the money for these shoes.
This company never answers the phone, has poor customer service, and is working on volume not longevity. Do yourself a favor and never buy from this company.
This company doesn’t deserve a single…
This company doesn’t deserve a single star but in order to review one must chose at least 1 star. I would give them a minus 5 stars if that was a choice.
I agree with all the reviews, this company is a SHAM!!
I purposely ordered 1/2 size larger, I normally wear a 12, but the 12 1/2 is at least a size too small. Since the largest they offer is 13, I decided to request a refund instead of an exchange.
I emailed customer service and the reply was to return for an exchange with no promise of a refund. Several subsequent email requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Seemingly “Project Fersen” has stuck me with a pair of junk shoes.
The sales ad is very misleading as to what quality and fit these shoes have. On top of that it took over 3 weeks for delivery. Two thumbs down for this loser of a company.
Do not buy immortal shoes id you have not tried them before.
Pay attention because in case the shoes do not fit properly, it will be on you to send them back. The company does not deal with the delivery and you should send back the shoes to USA or China. From Italy means paying as much as the immortal shoes cost.
Very bad service and the shoes too are not comfortable at all.
Awful. Don't buy anything.
I ordered sneakers from them, which they advertised on Instagram and I didn't get a tracking number even 20 days later.
They said they will try to solve the problem, but absolutely nothing happened. They didn't even keep me informed of the situation until I sent a new letter, losing my patience.
After 20 days I asked for refund of my money, promising to leave a complaint on Shopify.
I wasn't sure if they are crooks or have a bad service.
After 24 hours they made a refund.
I will never do business with them again.
This is a sham there really is no…
This is a sham there really is no reason to ever order from this horrible excuse for a business. Why would it take weeks in the world to receive anything?
I made the mistake to buy shoes from…
I made the mistake to buy shoes from Project Fersen. From the publicity they sent me, the shoes were exactly the kind of shoes I was looking for.
I had ordered 91/2 for males and I got 51/2 for females. When I wrote them they responded that in my order I should have required 1 or 2 sizes larger than what I needed. IMAGINE! One or 2 sizes larger...!
What kind of a company is this? Their response looks like the one we get from inland China..... !!!!!
They wrote me that they would give me an exchange as long as I sent the shoes back without giving me any shipping label.
Since they were unable to fulfill my order the first time it is clear that this company is TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY and I am going to unsubscribe from any publicity from them.
BAD! BAD! Terribly bad!
This company is a sham
This company is a sham. It took almost 8 weeks for my order to arrive even though I received multiple emails stating it was on its way. The packaging looks like they operate out of a back alley. When it did show up, they sent the wrong size. They then wanted me to pay for the return of their mistake and wait for another 6-8 weeks for a replacement. It is impossible to speak with a customer service representative as their phone number is only a recording. The online customer service is willfully obtuse. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Complete silence after offering replacement goods that never arrived. Avoid.
On May 1st, 2019, I bought two orthopaedic pillows from Project Fersen on Instagram. Once I paid, it became clear that the order would be fulfilled by a different company called Virally Hyped. After a couple of weeks I got two pillows, but found them very hard and uncomfortable, so I contacted Virally Hyped who offered to send me a replacement. It's been more than a month, and I haven't received the replacement pillows or heard back from Virally Hyped or Project Fersen. Complete silence, no response to my numerous emails to Virally Hyped, some of which I cc'd Project Fersen in. These companies are not serious companies. Avoid.
