I ordered thecface cream over 3 weeks ago i have sebt 6 emails no responce at all i gave asked for a refund no responce i am takibg this further now absoultly discusting

Bought this after seeing the founder being interviewed by trinny Woodall.
It doesn’t work… made no difference whatsoever.
Waste of money.

Wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing. I purchased 2 x Plump Fix and 2 x Plumbing Oil and 1 x Lip Liner via Look Fantastic as they were on offer at discounted prices from what I found on Amazon.

Plump Fix is definitely NOT Botox in a bottle. After watching reviews online I was expecting plump glowing dewy skin like the online bloggers promoting this product were portraying. Using twice a day as instructed I didn't get the effect that was portrayed on the reviews. The bottle feels heavy like you are getting a lot of product - when mine stopped pumping I opened the lid to try and get more product out only to find inside there is a cap to prevent you getting out any further product by shaking the bottle. You think your getting a full bottle when you are clearly NOT.

Plump Lip - didn't work didn't notice any difference in my lips even after applying several times a day again nothing like what was promised in the reviews. Waste of money.

Lip Liner - Fire I was expecting it to be bright red it had orange undertones.

Very dissatisfied with the products. I was taken in buy the bloggers doing reviews. I purchased what I thought was a good deal on Look Fantastic thinking I was getting great products at a discounted price only to find I've wasted my money. Feel ripped off.

There nice products but and it’s a big but they do not do what they are advertised to do and that’s where I have an issue.
If they sell as a lip moisturiser and a nice light face serum/cream then yes it’s nice but it doesn’t plump your lips and the face cream definitely is not botox in a bottle like they advertise.
Edit: the face cream has dried out my skin badly and made my under eyes red and very dry. Nothing I have ever used has dried my skin ever but this has. Dont waste your money on the face serum/cream.

Bought the Plumping Lip Oil on an EasyJet flight in a set of two (one for my friend). We have both used regularly for three weeks and it’s done absolutely nothing for either of us. This product is a complete con and I have no way of getting a refund- A V O I D.

I was angry at first about my skin rash but trying it again it didn't do it again a rash so apologize it dos give you a really nice glow and makes your skin healthier looking the lip scrub is really nice makes your lips feel fresh and clean and very hydrated and very soft the lip oil is lush it doesn't tingle or give you a sore lips it gorgeous on makes your lips feel amazing and gradually builds plump I must admit I love it definitely recommend 😉

Wish I had read the reviews before buying this product, left one star as I can’t leave zero,
I purchased the Plump Fix face serum I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used it for a good few days,
Well all I can say is that is it utter waste of money.
Avoid buying and save yourself the money, skin was so dehydrated and felt awful my eyes were dry and my skin just looked unhealthy red blotchy and horrible to touch, I don’t have sensitive skin and took antihistamines no different so I am not allergic to this product.
There are other products out there that work 100% better than this and cost a fraction of the price save your money treat yourself and your skin to a much better product.

I bought the lip scrub and plumper together. Absolutely does not work at all! No tingle and no plumpness. Used it three times to give it a chance and now my lips have gone really dry and flaky. Don't waste your money! Very disappointed with the response from Project Lip customer service too.

Bought the project plump fix face serum which is meant to help plump the skin and blur fine lines. Doesn’t work! Not good as a primer either, made my skin appear dry and flaky when worn under make up - I had to stop using. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered lip liner set with gloss. Awful!! Sticky & totally overated. Also lip plumper. Had to remove straight away, as it was an awful tingling sensation, even when removed.
Also purchased the plumping face primer & had to remove as my skin reacted to it. So I've contacted the company with no reply as yet.

Bought the product, tried it and apart from a mild tingle it did nothing else. I would not recommend this to anyone, waste of money.

So disappointed waited for it to arrive and absolutely nothing I think I’ve got a dud one no tingle no burn even a bit 🤦‍♀️🙈😞

Total and utter waste of money , bought four different products including face product , all useless .

No plumping effect at all and customer service even worse .

No refund offered or exchange

Don't waste your money, it doesn't do anything apart from tingle!

The product feels nice on However it does not work! Wouldn't waste my money again . I think the fact they delete honest comments/ reviews says it all .

Love this product, it has made such a difference to my lips. I have quite thin lips and this product has given them a natural boost. Really happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

I recently came across Project Lip and just love the products I purchased. I ordered the face serum, lip oil and a liner. The liners are perfect for me as I can't line my lips and these are a little chubbier, so it's easy to use to colour the lip too - colour is fantastic! The face serum/primer gives makes your skin super soft & glowy and it saves me so much time in my morning routine. The lip oil is super hydrating and I genuinely think it smooths out the fine lines on my lips when they are dehydrated. I will 100% be purchasing again. I would suggest reaching out to the customer service team if you are unsure what to buy as they were super helpful recommending products.

Tried this for a week now, Does not work at all do not waste your money!! I brought the whole kit liner plumper gloss.. I done ½ lips to see and full lips.. just doesn't look any different.. I don't have fillers though this might help plump, but no it doesn't look any different from liner and gloss..

Was not impressed at all. Very creamy easy to go on, but no staying power, too thick and creamy to form any lip line or definition. Had a lot cheaper version for under £5 that did a better job. I felt very limited tingle if any at all and certainly no plumping of the lips. Would not recommend it at all. Honestly don’t waste your money.
