Pre-paid goods never received

Pre-paid goods never received (It’s been 7 weeks since I’ve placed the order).
Customer Service does not respond to my emails and messages and no refund received to this day.
Not sure if it’s a scam website or extremely poor management?

Plump and Colour

The product called Plump and Colour is so painful it’s impossible to wear. It took 6 hours for my lips to relax and stop hurting. If I could find a number I would ring this company and let them know this.
I bought this from “lookfantastic.com” they are refusing too help me and will not refund my £14.
