Ordered a ‘ busy book’ for my lovely grandchild. The email confirming the order came quickly and then NOTHING. They say the courier is called “ Yunexpress” and this is the first sign that it is probably shipped from China, IF it exists at all. Had i known this i would never have ordered with this company. They have not responded to my email. I would advise people NOT to use this company. It is a scam and a waste of money. I have nothing to gift for Christmas now. Awful, i feel so bc stupid being scammed as I’m genuinely careful.

Unreliable company and misleading website
I ordered three items from Project Montessori as Christmas gifts for my granddaughter and paid through PayPal. I received the confirmation email quickly, but nowhere was it made clear that the items would be shipped from China. If I had known that, I would never have placed the order.
The first part of the order arrived after 10 days, but even that was wrong — Evri delivered a different item than the one I was told to expect, and the driver was confused about the address. The second batch was supposed to arrive a few days later, but the situation only got worse. Evri initially claimed the parcels had been delivered, then later sent another email saying they couldn’t locate the address or the parcels at all.
I have emailed Project Montessori multiple times for help, and they have completely ignored every message. Two weeks on, I still have not received the missing items, and Evri has now confirmed the parcels are lost. I am left without the gifts and out of pocket.
Overall, extremely poor communication, unreliable shipping, and no customer service whatsoever. I would strongly advise others to avoid Project Montessori
Please spend some time, read the reviews before placing any order if you care for your money, time and well-being.

Because the PayPal dispute was opened before we had the chance to fully resolve everything, we weren’t able to issue the refund immediately. You do not need to return the item you received, and the full refund will be processed as soon as the dispute is closed.

I am so disappointed with the garden toy I ordered. Frankly I could have bought this from a cheap market stall at a fifth of the price. Definitely not worth the money and wished I had done my research into the company first.

Poor customer support/refund received
Poor customer support. Expedited shipping not worth the extra cost.
I ordered the Montessori Sensory toys and drawstring bag with expedited shipping (3-5 days) so the toys would arrive in time for my visit with my grandson. The toys weren’t even in the U.S. by that time. I sent five emails to the company and still no reply. Perhaps my review will get their attention.
UPDATE: my review worked and I received a full refund. Thank you.

Never received my order.
I ordered a felt Christmas tree on Nov 7th and still have not received it. I have sent four emails asking for help and several phone calls. I received one reply telling me they would get right back to me but just radio silence. So disappointing. Have asked for a refund to my CC but still no reply.
