My first communication to them took over a week to get a response back...
I placed two separate orders. Two items from the first order did arrive, the second doesn't even have tracking on it and after several emails trying to find out the status of it because it's a Christmas gift and like other reviewers here, it was placed sometime ago...
Maybe they are a smaller operation and there is only one person handling everything...?
But it looks like the other item that I paid for is somewhere in limbo so I don't have the money, the item doesn't seem to be on the way and it was a Christmas gift and kind of defeats the purpose to order a Christmas gift early enough and not have arrive by Christmas or even know where it is. The communications are very slow, other than once I did get an answer to my initial email.. wish it was advising about a discount that was available that I did not have an opportunity to take at the same time of order and I immediately advised of the issue, and even though now the item was on sale price for that same percentage discount, I had to battle to get what I should have been able to have had the site let me apply to begin with that was even now the sale price on the unit the day I was battling. It's been a very frustrating experience. I kind of want my money back because I noticed I can just buy the items on Amazon. Wish I had known that ahead of time...
I sought out Montessori and I liked the options available on their site. The felt Christmas tree was a big hit so that I appreciate and it did arrive in a timely manner.
I try to not order things on Amazon to support smaller businesses, but now I've been in more than one conundrum since ordering.
Hopefully I will get a response for the tracking, or where the missing item is, or that it's even been shipped and hopefully it will arrive before christmas. And I understand small businesses being limited in staffing, however it's not fair to Consumers if a business is more than somebody can manage themselves. Might need a little extra help from somewhere
Wondering if perhaps that's the case. More orders coming in and not enough people to manage them and fill them and ship them...
Anyways I still have one item lost in somewhere with my money still out for it. Hopefully the little boy what kind of needs the little musical bench item, gets it one way or so that he can get the benefits from it and have a nice surprise.

I found Project Montessori online and saw that they were UK based so ordered two Christmas presents for my nieces. I ordered on the 26th November and almost a month later still have not received the items. I have checked tracking and was shocked to find the items were coming all the way from China! I am away for Christmas and am gutted that these items will not arrive in time/at all!

If I had known the items were from china, I would not have purchased.

I will not be using this company again - and if you’re reading this review I would strongly suggest you don’t either.

My Granddaughter loves the Felt Christmas tree with lights. She plays with everyday. We .ight have an Interior Designer on our hands.

The toys I ordered are perfect. Finally got my last one of 4 toys today.
The delivery was long but I finally got all of them before Xmas.

Appropriate selection of toys, and ease in ordering. As a former Montessorian, I feel the toys are well made and loved by children.

The Christmas Tree was exactly what was described and what I was expecting. Can't wait for my grandson to arrive and help decorate with me. Quality was very good and delivery was a bit long but understandable with holiday delivery volume.

My initial order was fulfilled in good time and arrived safely . I decided to return a couple of items and your representative was extremely helpful .

I purchased the items and had them shipped to my granddaughter. They were for my great granddaughter. The hardest part of using the website is deciding what to purchase. There are so many fantastic options that I can definitely see myself purchasing again and again.

I felt the toys I ordered were unique, not just your ordinary toy that's sold in Walmart etc. Very well constructed.

I want a full refund.
First, it was in a bag and the box was broken. Second, the guitar is misleading advertising; it's not wood at all (it's plastic) and the wrong size the guitar is smaller than my hand ??. If you look at the picture, it's not the same at all. Very bad advertising. It was meant to be a Christmas gift. I am very, very disappointed; both items and the boxes are broken. So I want a refund for the guitar.

Your delivery takes forever. and packaging damaged boxes which makes gifting less attractive.
Your prices are so high!!! found same items elsewhere later for much less.
Your images make the items look substantial in size. They are so small.

I have always loved toys from Montessori. My first grand child is coming in January. Stocking up for her 1st few years. so don't have any experience with her yet but I know the toys will definitely add so much to her learning experiences.

I like finding gifts that offer both a learning and challenging experience for my great grandchildren and your company certainly provides both for them.

Ordered a ‘ busy book’ for my lovely grandchild. The email confirming the order came quickly and then NOTHING. They say the courier is called “ Yunexpress” and this is the first sign that it is probably shipped from China, IF it exists at all. Had i known this i would never have ordered with this company. They have not responded to my email. I would advise people NOT to use this company. It is a scam and a waste of money. I have nothing to gift for Christmas now. Awful, i feel so bc stupid being scammed as I’m genuinely careful.
