However, the company did not honor my purchase of BLS for life, at the time (September 2022) a $129 cost for being able to renew repeatedly without a new fee. I contacted the company providing a screenshot of my receipt and the purchase #87700. They did not respond again. I have since used another company and will simply pay for each renewal as they come.
