Ho richiesto al conversione di 2 buoni…

Ho richiesto al conversione di 2 buoni in Gift Card Feltrinelli, e non mi è arrivato nulla. Ho pensato di aver aperto una segnalazione tramite il loro modulo, poi ho chiamato al numero dell'assistenza che davano come alternativa al modulo, ma in malo modo mi è stato fatto presente che senza il numero della segnalazione (che non mi è arrivato) non potevano fare nulla telefonicamente. Peccato che sul loro sito alla sezione "aiuto" la chiamata viene data come alternativa al modulo..... . Comunque ho riaperto una segnalazione di cui ancora il numero non è arrivato, ho l'impressione che non si apra assolutamente nulla. Per me solo un perdita di soldi e tempo. Terribili

fake website mi hanno inviano numeri falsi, ho comprato 25 euro per casanova come carta regalo e quando lo inserisco, casanova non accetta la carta regalo, li ho chiamato e hanno hangup la chiamata, alla fine mi hanno detto che devo scrivere il problema sul aiuto in website promoshoping, ma non è successo nulla
