We had an amazing experience with ProMove and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning, Tom was fantastic, friendly, down to earth, and really easy to talk to, while still being completely professional. It was clear straight away that he knows his stuff and has a lot of experience. He took the time to come out to the property to assess everything properly and provide a fixed quote, which gave us real peace of mind.

We had originally considered another company, but they charged per item and had strict policies about not taking anything that wasn’t listed, plus reviews mentioned hidden charges. In comparison, ProMove were transparent and flexible, which made the decision easy.

One of the best parts of working with Tom was his suggestion of a phased move, which we hadn’t even heard of before. Instead of trying to do everything in one stressful day, they came a few days beforehand to pack most of our belongings, leaving out essentials. Those items were placed into storage, and then on moving day they packed the remaining essentials and moved everything into the new house. This approach worked brilliantly, we were even able to keep using our chest freezer, which made a huge difference.

Because we moved on a Friday, we had the weekend to start unpacking the essentials, and then the rest of our items were delivered from storage on the Monday. It made the whole process feel far less overwhelming and much more manageable.

Tom, Harry and Junior were fantastic throughout, friendly, chatty, and clearly very hardworking. They were also brilliant with our dog, which made a potentially stressful day feel much calmer and more relaxed.

The team handled everything with great care and respect, and we had a lot of belongings after 9 years in a 3-bedroom house, including a home salon in the garage. They worked incredibly efficiently, packing everything securely and dismantling and reassembling furniture quickly without any damage.

Overall, the whole experience was smooth, well-organised, and far less stressful than we expected. The phased move approach made a huge difference, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ProMove to anyone.

Using Pro Move you're not simply just a number but rather the service from Tom and the team is personalised. As a 78 year old moving house seemed daunting. All my stress was removed by their competence and support. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was taken in their stride. I was astonished by their speed and care taken with my personal belongings. Fantastic service beginning to end. 100% would recommend.

Pro Move have moved us from Gloucestershire to Kent this week and they’ve been utterly brilliant. We had to change our dates a couple of times, but that was no problem and Tom and his guys moved us without a problem and always a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. There were no breakages and nothing has gone missing. Thank you, guys - you’re excellent!!

I would highly recommend Pro Move. Professional, hard working, diligent and communicable, nothing was to much trouble for Tom and Harry. They took the stress out of our 130 mile move and delivered everything perfectly. Other removal companies I have used in the past don't even come close to the level of service of Pro Move, and I would definitely used them again.

Tom came round to provide a quote the very next day and the quote arrived with us that afternoon with us having a quick turnaround for our moving date.

We went with the packing service which saved us so much stress and was packed perfectly with no breakages.

The day of the move was ridiculously hot but the guys worked tirelessly through the day and got us all packed and loaded and unpacked the other end all before 5pm!

They were so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else, just book these guys!

Incredible team. There aren't enough words to describe how excellent Tom and Harry were. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our belongings were moved with great care and they anticipated every need. Not only do I recommend them but I wouldn't dream of using any other removal firm in the future.

Pro Move helped us move from Gloucester to Cheltenham and they were brilliant. Tom came round and provided an initial quote and was very accommodating when our moving date kept getting changed! With the stress involved with buying a new house the moving aspect was particularly daunting. We had the lovely guys from Promove to help us move, and they were nothing less than exceptional! The communication before the big day was great and on the day they went above and beyond not only to help us move but to Keep us calm and reassured as they knew we were fairly anxious by our situation. I couldn't fault a single aspect of their job as they made 100% sure every box and piece of furniture was handled with the greatest care and was placed exactly where we wanted it. I couldn't recommend them enough!
