Blocked my account after 100$ deposit for document verification, i sent all the proof and never got unblocked, so i asked for refund and never got a ful refund, very bad company never send them money.

I opened an account with PropellerAds as an advertiser. They requested ID for KYC, which I uploaded after making a top up and creating a campaign. However, after campaign approval, I received an email stating that my account was suspended due to a decision made by the Policy team, without any explanation provided.
I even talked before suspend with Max Poliakov by Skype,after that he doesnt even seen the messages.

The owner is a super professional specialist and their service is amazing it turned my website into a super reachable place

Propeller Ads is SCAM. They randomly banned my account without any explanation or reasonable cause. I made sure to follow all their guidelines, yet they suspended my account out of nowhere.

This platform seems like a total scam—they just ban accounts without any warning or real justification. It’s extremely frustrating when you invest time and money into a campaign, only to be shut down with zero transparency. Customer support is unhelpful, and you get no clear answers about what went wrong.

If you're looking for a reliable ad platform, stay away from Propeller Ads. They’re unreliable, and you can’t trust them with your business.

But if you have enough time and money to deal with their unreasonable treatment so go on with it. They act like they don't need you by suspended accounts randomly. I bet you they will reply this 1 star review faster that they reply my appeal email.

You can use more powerful traffic source like clickadu or adcash. They are user friendly and full of customer support

I strongly advise everyone to avoid using this network for running ad campaigns as an advertiser. Save your money.

They can suspend your account and take your funds without any legitimate reason. Yes, you read that right—without any reason.

In my case, they suspended my account, offering me a random list of reasons to choose from. It was clear even they didn’t know the actual reason for the suspension. When I contacted their support, this is the response I received:

"Decisions of the Policy department are not to be discussed.
There is no violation detected; we just have to stop providing service as a service provider."

Did you catch that? They admit there’s no violation, yet they suspended my account. What a joke—and what a company run by jokers.

Many people had warned me about them, but I fell for their deception because they’ve flooded the internet with articles claiming their network is the best. It was a trap, and I got caught.

Lesson learned. Another ad network exposed. So far, my experience with ad networks has been hit or miss, but PropellerAds is a total waste of both your hard-earned money and time. Stay alert, everyone.

"Hello!
Please note that we do not ban accounts without reason. Our profits come from our clients making good money with us continuously. We have been on the market since 2011, and hundreds of thousands of affiliates work with us successfully."

If you ban or disable an account, you should have the courage to share the reason. Don’t hide behind your “Since 2011” story like you’re the only rational entity and everyone else is wrong. Your 48% one-star rating here on trust pilot says plenty about your so-called success. And the amount you spend advertising your own network everywhere shows just how “successful” your journey has been.

Next time when you unjustly ban someone’s account, think about the consequences—not everyone will stay silent and put up with your nonsense. I’ll continue spreading my experience with your ad network across every platform I can.

been 1 week since registered and they have asked for ID 3 different times still not approved

Propeller ads is just a SCAM. I created campaign and without any problem. all of my settings is non violation setup. I dont post adult content, gambling or anything that against the rules. But my account was banned after 30 minutes. I dont understand what is wrong and how they filter their member. I ask for help to regain my account but they said its not for discuss and there is no feedback. And its just not me, but it happened to some of my friends in community ON THE SAME DAY AND THE SAME NIGHT

I have been buying traffic from PropellerAds for a few months, and so far, I am very impressed with the quality of support, especially from Sotos, our dedicated account manager.

Campaigns are approved within a few minutes. When my ads are not approved, I receive a clear explanation of what needs to be changed for approval.

Brilliant reporting / ad targeting system. Fast ad approvals and quick support replies. Traffic that converts.

In general it is one of the best traffic sources for pop and push traffic. Traffic quality is quite high, but volumes are not always stable. Very big fees if you use cc or crytpo. And the moderation is very strict.

Propeller is on of the best Networks with who we work and make big numbers over the years! AMs are very dedicated, always response on time, helpful, friendly, responsible, innovative. Great team! <3

There are no real visits or traffic from humans. I have a balance left in the platform of$ 45 after many failed campaigns and demanding a response, and they didn't do anything with me, they are really thieves. this is a while ago, after that, I got bored and decided to do another campaign as an experiment only until I found out that I spent$ 13 on a smart cpm campaign, 80% of which are bots, and this is something disgusting for the reputation of this company, and as I said, I have evidence and photos that support

I made a campaign for my website article to get popunder traffic. Propeller ads burn my 10$ winthin 1,2 hour and my website not recieved even a single visitor.In Propeller ads dashboard they are showing 17,006 visitor they sent. But in actual not even a single person came to my website. Idk what they are doing. Extremely disappointed from them.

They are very security conscious. They are legit and have been around for years. My bank (as part of their security) blocked my card when I was depositing money into Propeller to buy ads. When I finally solved that and got into Propeller they suspended my account for suspicious activity.
It took two weeks after sending in the documents they asked for but I'm up and running again.
Contrary to other reviews here, they do have a help desk that does respond. You have to be patient once you've submitted your docs.
Now that I'm in it's kinda hard to figure out how to run a legit ad campaign.

The website of propeller ads take too long to load I struggle for whole day worst experience

No live chat, no telegram, couldn't contact propellerads in many way, im too much disapointed and try to reach em' via facebook message but no help,

All my camps got rejected and i struggle with it for whole day.

Not recommend for new advertiser.

Please be careful of this ad network. They are clearly unethical and are trying to hide their identity as Monetag. Cloudflare showed real traffic to my site from all over the world. Google shows my site in search results as the top third in search results. I have logged each and every IP that visits my site which is unique and different for each country and yet, this morning I try to log in after earning a significant sum I am told “account banned due to violation of our terms”. Emailed them, no response. Looks like they throw legitimate users out and take the money earned. Again, I have literal proof of the metrics for each and every user (country, IP, etc) which I emailed them and they ignore it. Please don’t get scammed like I did, there are many other more trustworthy and reputable ad networks out there. BE WARNED, MONETAG (Propellar Ads) IS A SCAM NETWORK!
