Damaged tin
The tin got damaged at the front bottom. I sent email to Proper Nutty and was ignored. Waited for weeks, I binned the cans anyway.

Tins arrived badly dented since they changed their packaging from cardboard to individual bubble wrap bags. I'm a wholesaler and struggle to sell the dented tins.

This is the best peanut butter we have ever eaten. We like that it comes in a recyclable metal tin, that it contains NO palm oil and is made in the UK. Speed of placing order to delivery was good too.

Packaging misery and product leakage
Ordered this product many times and it’s generally arrived in good nick. This time, 6 tins rolling around in tiny bubble wrap jackets and a small amount of brown paper as an afterthought. Two of them leaked, all of them were dented. Previously they had arrived in boxes of two encased in a larger box, no plastic wrapping, no leakage. Given that a key reason I buy this product is to reduce unnecessary plastic use and excess packaging, this was a fairly disappointing turn of events. Please assure me that this will be rectified or I shall be shopping elsewhere.
