This is the best pepperoni you can buy.
Everywhere you look, people say they are selling pepperoni pizzas but none of them are truly the pepperoni I remember. It tends to me meat flavoured salty fat. I bought some of this stuff a few weeks back for a kids pizza party and those 10 year olds pull no punches. They loved this stuff.
it has a lovely flavour without dissolving into fat or frying into a salty crisp. This is beautiful stuff and I look forward to seeing what other products the team come up with! I've got some of the spicy Chorizo on order, I cannot wait!

The best tasting pepperoni I have tried from a pack. I used it on a pizza at home and it was delicious...and equally delicious when cold. I love that there's no additives. And it's educational on the back of the pack too.

Just what I’ve been looking for - proper pepperoni
Not sure why there aren’t any reviews yet! I’m a pizza making fan and you just can’t buy any decent pepperoni for homemade pizza anywhere these days. Morrisons stopped stocking it (it was just the really bad stuff you get on frozen pizzas so far from decent) and all the online artisan charcuterie places just sell salami. The only place I could find was someone in London who sells all the pepperoni that goes on trendy sourdough pizzerias’ offerings but it was about £5 for enough for one pizza.
I noticed properoni came up in search listings quite recently when I was searching for pepperoni - I think they’ve just launched - so was keen to try it. They didn’t seem to splash it all over their website but it seems that they’ve been supplying (not sure if I’m allowed to write the name…) ‘leading pizza chains’ and the products are as used on my absolute favourite pizza which is the American Hot from an expressy pizza chain.
Got my order today and it’s really excellent stuff! Really pleased and can’t wait to fire my pizza oven. My daughter always prefers delivered pizza over my own creations but no longer! The pepperoni had a lovely smokiness to it and tasted like a great quality product. Infinitely better than the rubbish that comes on frozen pizzas.
