Had been recommended PF a couple months back and have been using it since. This platform is a no brainier as a busy individual who wants to make the most of their time. The support that is available is second to none and it’s only just going to get better.

If you are looking for a way to contact anyone on Property Filter this is how you do it.Go to the community engagement section (which is tucked away so that it's almost impossible to find) and there is a help form. Sadly, I was really underwhelmed by the site, especially after using Nimbus Maps (which is costly) but is really fantastic. I thought I would give it a chance but my own impression after use is the site is poorly designed, clunky, shocking images, information all over the place, my head was in a mess at the end of a days use. I think that this site is more about CRM than finding deals. Sadly for me it's a complete no go. There are many other ways of sourcing deals and taking time to network has always paid dividends for me and I'm sticking with it, especially for finding off market deals which I have always found via surveyors, friends and agents. I am pleased to hear that I have been removed from their payments schedule. Perhaps in 5 years this site may have developed its software but a complete site re-design by professionals is a must. I had high hopes but they were dashed the moment I logged on.Thank you for resolving the issue of my card details swiftly when I finally managed to contact you.

As a property investor, Property Filter has saved me so much time scrolling different websites to find deals. It has all the information on one programme to allow me to find properties up for sale and do a large amount of due diligence on the property, as well as provide me with a process for viewing and offering on the property. It is the most efficient I have found to keep up to date with the properties online.
