I am very surprised to see negative reviews as I have only got praise for Joanne who helped me secure a much better deal when I remortgaged a property. In fact, she managed to get a much better deal than if I had gone direct to the lender and the process to secure the deal was very smooth.
I have another remortgage in process which is proving more complicated but I am getting lots of help and cannot fault the service.

Great marketing, fake reviews, great sales tactics, great touches with the phone calls and all this “we’re as personal or online as you’d like us to be” but in reality they’re just there to get you to commit to waste an hour of your life completing the application form and then pay to see the results, I thought comparison sites were bad when they ask for your email to show you results but you guys are hilarious

I am very impressed the way they dealt with my case. I would say right from start to end they helped me. I received immediate response of my phone calls and emails . They provided dedicated expert who helped me through out my case. I would strongly recommend property master to my clients, family and social circle and I would love to come back to property master in future.

This company made several calls to me in order to secure my business but ignored my attempts by phone and email to resolve a problem which potentially required a refund. It also took weeks and a threat to withdraw an application before they replied to my emails requesting updates on a supposed application.
After making an initial application for a product (which turned out not to be available) I was contacted to take payment.
When I questioned why I was required to pay before completion or even an initial acceptance of the application, I was told in no uncertain terms that the fee only applied if the application was approved and that 'if for any reason the mortgage was not approved OR anything happened' along the way, the fee would be refunded.
Not only did they take their fee but they also took the product fee (even tho the product was not available).
After the application was halted due to non-availability I was left dealing with a passive aggressive agent who was very unresponsive.
In the end I chose to deal directly with the lender and the product was, I believe, a better one than was offered through PM.
When I decided to withdraw from the procedure, I requested my refund on three different occasions and received NO, that's ZERO response including to an official complaint to the company. It was only when I posted a negative review that I was given the attention of the CEO of the company. It's very disappointing that this is what it took to have my concerns and complaint acknowledged.

Since I wrote this review, the CEO of Property Master offered to refund my fee on condition that I remove the review. I refused, but said I would edit my review if I was shown to be mistaken on any points which I have done.
I haven't had a refund but I have had a letter threatening legal action for defamation.

Mortgages made simple! You need to put in the hard work to get the information over to them initially on their very good online system, but once this has been done they take over the process. Patrick Jean you were a great help.

I had a very good experience with Property Master. They were easy to get hold of, polite and pleasant to talk to and delivered what they said they would do.

It took about 3 weeks from browsing the website looking for a new mortgage deal to having a confirmed mortgage offer. Completing all the required details initially takes a little time, but Lewis from Property Master guided me through the more complext questions and was quick to respond to any queries either by phone or email. Once you've put the details in once, you don't need to do it again no matter how many different mortgage companies you apply to. I got offered the first mortgage I applied for because Property Master make sure that you meet all eligibility criteria for each mortgage provider they list for you. I've got a really good deal and will definitely be using Property Master next time round.

Very helpful service. Provided clear advice based on what I was looking for and didn’t try to push me in one direction or another. While the solution they found for me met my needs it was the only option they provided that netted them no fees so the customer did come first.

Just completed on a remortgage through Property Master by switching lenders to simply get a better deal. Existing lenders always offer the path of least resistance deals to stay with them but with Property Master, you get to see the whole market and in my case the deal was much better and well worth the effort to switch. Dealing with Claire and Andy the process was managed professionally with regular contact and updates right through to the day of completion. Excellent comprehensive online mortgage site and very easy to use, allowing you to easily vary different parameters and to choose your preferred loan options.
Then having chosen your product, the support from the Property Master team from initial application to loan completion was faultless.
Very happy to recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have dealt with Michael and Claire at Property Masters. They have both been very excellent and really helpful. I am someone who believes in the use of technology to simplify business systems. This is what they have done with mortgages at Property Masters. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a buy to let mortgage.

I’ve used property master to arrange a better priced mortgage on one of my houses, which halved my monthly BTL mortgage! At almost retirement age this is amazing! Also have used to put a mortgage on another to enable me to purchase more property. It is all done online and extremely easy, if you do encounter problems, they are super quick to reply to sort you out! I’m now looking at the rest of my portfolio to get the best deals...

Easy to use portal which highlights the best products available, however I was most impressed with the follow up service which made the application process run smoothly and not feel like an ‘online’ only process. Thanks to both Rana and Claire for your help - the biggest recommendation I can provide is that I will be using them again for my next purchase.
