Really bad experience.I used them cost me near 4k I live in Northern Alberta and the agent at the time was 2hrs away.A year later I tried to get a hold of him but he left the Company.For a while I tried to communicate eith them but no agent in my area.I had to call all the way to New Brunswick This wasn't in the contract so I canceled and they never offered to reimburse part of the money SO STAY AWAY FROM THAT CHEAP OUTFIT

i put an ad on with kristelle campbell pictou county nova scotia paid for mls listing i had kristian hawboldt as my agent she did up agreement etc ad was on for 4 months and i then found out that my listing never went on the mls map i asked for refund and she told me it was up to me to make sure it was on the map myself asked for refund nothing terrible to deal with

The concept of PropertyGuys is a good one and that is why people continue to buy in. It’s unfortunate that the people who own and run the company do not follow and live by the same philosophy that the organization claims to be built on (get more for you money, get ahead by being honest, etc). The whole thing is a sham. Sellers have the potential to do well and save a lot of money, but it depends on how well their local franchisee is doing. And most are floundering and barely making it month to month due to the insane monthly fees and money-grab products. For potential franchisees, Head office will sell you on a false idea of “world class” support and training and treating everybody like a “big family” (biggest red flag) and then will drop you like yesterday’s garbage as soon as they get their money from you. They do not care if you struggle. For a company that claims to want to save people money and exclaiming how greedy the real estate industry is — all they care about is money. They have lost invaluable employees and franchisees due to extreme greed. It is a wonder they continue to operate at all. Avoid the company at all costs. If you are looking to franchise, understand that you will lose your entire investment + much more and that is a guarantee. If you are considering purchasing a franchise, reach out to the people who are no longer operating a location for the truth. NOT the franchisees head office strategically puts you in contact with. If you are considering listing with PropertyGuys, make sure you do lots of research on your local location to ensure they’ve been in business a while or chances are your rep will be gone before you even sell. Head office WILL NOT HELP YOU. Any positive reviews below are for specific locations only or by people who work at the company and absolutely do not represent the company as a whole. A real estate industry overhaul is needed but PropertyGuys.com is NOT IT. Total greed and no compassion. The exact thing they claim the real estate industry is all about. Go figure.

...... JUST READ THE REVIEWS. This company is an absolute joke, coast to coast. Waste of time, waste of money, and I'll be surprised if they're not taken down in a STING operation by the local police and sued into the ground. They are being hammered with bad reviews so they have their own people creating FAKE REVIEWS.

Yes, Braier Birgit, we are well aware you work for PG in the West. Your review is entirely fake, but hey, so is your entire organization.

Don't waste your time, money, or even bother doing business with this crooked establishment. Also, don't consider franchising as they treat you like pond scum. Maybe Coach Jason can pep them into being better people, but probably not, as he's entirely useless as well.

So PG, karma does exist, as you'll eventually find out. The real reviews will keep coming, so please be truthful in your business practices and take down the nonsense "face saving" 5 stars you threw up. It's pathetic.

Very unprofessional! undervalued the property and when we said that to them they argued and were very offensive, DO NOT waste your time. we went with HOMEFREE sold the home ourselves, cost 1000$ and got exactly what we wanted.
NEEDLESS TO SAY WE GOT MORE THAN $70000 MORE THAN THEY OFFERED.

Would give it a zero star rating if available. We are in Newfoundland and listed with property guys representative out of Gander, NL. Super fast and responsive until they had their money for the listing and then the response rate lagged by days for response to a text. Should have taken that as a red flag but continued to believe in the process. We received nothing from property guys and no activity through the portal with exception of one viewing. Had local person contact me to indicate they could not get in touch with anyone, no live person answering a call only the automated press 1, press 2 options only to get another automated message indicating to contact the seller directly. There were no numbers on this listing to contact me directly so basically the caller reached a dead end. I only wonder how many more did the same and just hung up. Absolutely a total waste of money and a waste of valuable time. Also I never did get drone video footage that was promised or updated outside pictures. Also not one phone call or text from the agent. Please do not throw your money away on this so called service.

I had an awesome experience selling my home with Property Guys Annalise Wojnowski in London. Very efficient, available every time i reached out and answered my never ending questions about the process. I was involved were I wanted to be in the selling, got way over asking and saved a bunch on commission. What's not to love about that!

I hired PropertyGuys.com to list my condo in downtown Toronto in Feb/2023. I paid for the $4K marketing package. The local franchise owner convinced me that virtual staging was all I needed. One offer came in, and I didn't like the price. That was it. There was no phone call, email, or check-in for the next two months. When I told him he was fired, he convinced me I should give him another chance. I waited for another ten days, and again, nothing. No phone call, no email and no follow-up. His brokerage firm was much more reasonable; they cancelled my contract when I asked. I switched to another brokerage. They hired professional cleaners and a staging company, and a professional photographer. I received multiple offers after a few rounds of competing bids. My condo was sold for $127K over asking. The most important fact is that my unit set a new price for the building; it's something that PropertyGuys.com agent would never be able to get since I rejected the offer that he negotiated for me. This is a true story. I hope you learn from my lesson; please find someone else to work for you.

I would highly recommend Phil and Nicole. I have used them a number of times and they have not disappointed.
