Overall


Overall, I had a great experience working with Luxe Living Collection, especially with Walid. The entire process was smooth from the very beginning. He took the time to clearly explain how everything worked, shared best practices, and outlined the advantages of short-term rentals.

Walid was always patient with us, even when we had last-minute or spontaneous requests. He consistently kept me informed about everything happening in and around the building, which gave me great peace of mind. Payments were always made on time, and he was transparent and clear about the payment process from the start.

If I had another apartment, I would definitely consider working with Walid and his team again for short-term rentals. Great job, and thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent, high quality property management

I’ve been working with Walid and his company for the better part of a year, having them manage multiple rental units and they are doing an amazing job.

Quality, service, dilligence and occupancy rate are almost perfect and I am very satisfied with their services. The apartments are kept in excellent condition, I can access the booking system to check tenants and rental periods, they are available almost all the time if I have questions or feedback and they also offer advice and opinions on furnishing / layout of the apartments to maximize income.

I can highly recommend them as an expat investor who has to rely on a trustworthy and experienced partner in a market with way too many mediocre and subpar businesses.
