Customer service is exceptional
Customer service is exceptional. Although I had to return/exchange some items do to sizing, the staff is first rate in assisting in facilitating the merchandise return, offering guidance as to costs and practicality, as well as offering what they could do from Great Britain to their customers in the United States. Having ordered from them in the past, and with the same great service, I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future, and offer my endorsement.

Careful of Duty fees
The company was quick to deliver my products. Unfortunately, we are in Canada. By the time duty fees were added to the cost, it was pretty expensive.
Separately, they delivered the wrong product. We still had to pay duty for the original items, plus the replacement items. Now it is real expensive.

The size guide on the PX8 is off
The size guide on the PX8 is off. The XL is way bigger than the size chart indicates. When buying from the U.S. it is a big problem if you have to do a return. I needed to return a jacket and the problem is the cost was over $300 to return the item by UPS.
