I had the ProSeptic team recently survey, plan, the upgrade my old septic tank and soak away from my old country property with a modern water treatment plant.

From the first meeting with Tom, Billy and the team were very professional, easy to talk to and good fun. They did a survey of the whole property, all the pipes and legacy infrastructure. The overall design they produced was perfect. They used cameras to work out where all the problems were being caused, and the best way to overcome everything and install a future proof solution.

The installation was done by Luke and Chris who were both absolutely brilliant; polite, professional, very clean, no mess, very organised, and an absolute pleasure to have on site. They did the installation over a few days, and made sure throughout that I was involved in any decisions and understood what they were doing. They left the site tidy and clean and the standard of workmanship was very high - I would have them back anytime, top blokes 👍

First class service, very informative at all stages as to what they were doing and when they would be on site, very considerate to us at all times and very clean and tidy Garden was left just like before the work started. Felt totally confident in their ability and really appreciated their professional attitude. Very customer focused.

Having as ancient septic tank replaced was a job I was dreading but from the very first phone call to the guys leaving it has been a virtually stress free experience. Tom was able to find solutions to every issue that was encountered and we can’t speak highly enough of Nick and Luke. Both were polite, professional, conscientious and friendly. Just make sure they have a ready supply of biscuits. By the time they left you almost wouldn’t know that they had been here. A fantastic company to deal with, we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Existing soak away failed and obtained several quotes to replace septic tank with treatment system. PROSEPTIC were very comparable on quotations
My decision was made immediately after meeting with Tom on the initial survey
There were several issues with access to the worksite however, Tom could not see problems, only solutions and this was the main driver to chose Proseptic
Ben and Darren attended to carry out the tank installation and were very professional and careful regarding the garden areas
Billy attended for lining of the pipes and just got on with the job
The work took around 8 working days and I met several team members as the job progressed
I must say that all the team members on site and Sue and Antonia in the office are a credit to the reputation of this company
I would have no hesitation in recommending Proseptic as the go to company for this type of work

Soak away and drains installed 12-14th March BA15. Absolutely brilliant company, really helpful and polite chaps who came to it (Chris + colleague). Left the site very clean, garden re-seeded with grass seed and they made a new path out of extra gravel down the side of the house. All in all, faultless from the start of the process with Tom coming to assess to Sue and Antonia’s help in the office and then the final installation. Worth every penny.

A very professional and knowledgeable team all round - from Tom who came out to look at the job and answered my many questions, the office who coordinated everything and most importantly, the amazing Nick and Luke who did such a brilliant job. They were friendly and approachable and made the whole experience so much easier than I could ever have expected.

I luckily came across proseptic as we needed to have our old septic tank replaced, this involved putting in a new pop 6 treatment plant, back filling the old and all new ground works to facilitate the new tank as well as lining pipe work under our house. We had a really bad experience with a prior company so it was something that we were dreading having to do, until Tom came round to have a look and give advice as to what could be done and from that moment we didn't look back, from Sue in the office to Billy, his crew and especially to Nick and Luke! The whole process from start to finish was incredible, from pre site emails and calls letting us know each stage and Nick and Luke what a dream team, they kept me informed at all times to ensure it was what we wanted and we understood what was happening, and we knew we were in safe hands, their professionalism, timeliness and courtesy was second to none something I've not witnessed to that standard before!
They kept everything so tidy which given they are using diggers was quite impressive to watch!
Again Nick and Luke thank you! We are thrilled with the end result and apart from where there's some top soil and seed you'd never have known you were here! I cannot rate this company enough and they have gained a loyal customer from me! THANK YOU

Proseptic offered a fantastic experience for a job I was dreading - an old non-compliant solution being replaced with a new modern solution in a tricky location with limited access.
Tom came to site to assess - quickly earned my trust with his knowledgeable and friendly style. He is a definite problem solver and came up with solutions for some tricky elements of our job. I explained some time constraints I had and he delivered my quote later that day and by the following day I was booked in - remarkably efficient. Pre-start date I received a call and a concise e-mail giving me prep details of the team who would carry out the work and key info that was very informative. The team that came to site - Stuart and Nathan - were top drawer. They struck a great balance of keeping me informed but left me knowing I didn't have to get involved as they had everything under control. They did a brilliant job, co-ordinating all the deliveries to a tricky location, doing the job promptly and professionally and despite 3 days of constant rain - cleared and tidied to level I didn't anticipate. The follow up has been good with clear instructions on operation and a follow up site visit in 2 weeks. Can't recommend this service and these guys enough.

We would recommend Proseptic in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a thoroughly professional, user-friendly, first-rate company. We were dreading having our old, Victorian cess pit replaced with a modern sewage treatment system, simply because it seemed such an enormous (and revolting 🤢) task, but Tom and his stellar A team, (Ben and Darren) made it all so straightforward and stress-free. Everything happened exactly as described and we now have an immaculate and efficient new septic tank system. Proseptic have done us proud; they are superb at reassuring their customers and are clearly experts in their specialist field. On top of everything, the whole process, from Tom’s initial visit, to the attention to detail from Ben and Darren and the beautifully-restored drive and flower beds at the end of the 6 day process, was carried out with great charm and good humour. Lovely people and top-notch result. Thank you all - we’re delighted and feel that you offer real value for money.

Very professional and helpful. The sewage treatment plan had to be installed in a difficult location and the conditions were not great. However, the A team (Ben & Luke) were fantastic.

Nick and Luke carried out the work efficiently and with the minimum possible inconvenience. They did a brilliant job, and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for all your hard work.

We spent nine months looking for someone to replace our ancient septic tank on what is, we admit, a challenging site with poor access and very steep slopes and dips. Virtually every company who visited huffed and puffed and told us how difficult things were going to be. But Tom from Proseptic was positive, came up with a solution, told us exactly what was possible and then made it happen. Our installers were the A team - Ben and Luke, who were frankly brilliant, talked us through each step, were courteous, met the dog and worked bloody hard, even in the pitch dark one night to get the job done. Work was completed on a difficult site, a week ahead of schedule and we are delighted with the result. Proseptic weren't the cheapest quote we had but we're chuffed we found and chose them.

From the moment Stuart and Nathan arrived to install the septic plant system I was confident that we were in good hands. They were friendly and easy to talk to whilst being completely professional and extremely knowledgeable about their work. We were kept informed every step of the way and they did exactly what they said. There were a few little problems along the way, nothing ever goes smoothly, but they were dealt with efficiently and professionally. They worked extremely hard and the land looked better after they had installed and levelled everything than it did before! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and especially Stuart and Nathan to anyone.

We needed a new septic tank and soak away. I chose Proseptic because I was impressed by the clear understanding and consideration and also the solution provided by Tom Roach. Unfortunately we had a few Covid related challenges which delayed the start but Antonia in the office was great in helping organise to overcome these.
I was informed by Antonia that she was sending the A Team (Ben and Luke) to carry out the works and I have been really pleased with what they have done. Given the callenging weather conditions, they have carried out the installation of the new system fantastically well and the garden, while clearly having been subject to disturbance, has been restored and should recover well. We had the electrician Steve arrive to sort out the wiring and again he was pleasant and considerate and had the system hooked up quickly.
Thoughout the work, Ben and Luke were cheerful, kept us informed and listened to our concerns and did all they could meet our requests. I really recommend Proseptic as a company and especially the A-team. Thanks guys.

We picked this company due to their excellent customer reviews and we were not let down - we were very impressed with the service we received. We were under time pressure and the team really understood this from the quoting stage, right through to the finished project. Tom is very solutions-orientated and came up with a legally compliant solution for our house. Once on site our team, of Chris and Bill, was so courteous and made the minimum disruption to our daily lives. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always kept us informed. The site was reinstated exactly as before – they even went so far as buying replacement wood chippings to cover the path! Very helpful that they include Building Control approval within their package. Would highly recommend.
