We would highly recommend Proseptic. Nick and Luke were great guys, very professional/knowledgeable and carried out the installation of a new STB within the required timescale. We're also confident that Proseptic will carry out any follow-up work to the same high standard.
To reiterate, we have no hesitation in recommending Proseptic's services. All the staff we dealt with during the process were extremely helpful and professional as well as being friendly.

When Jamie arrived after a very long day and many miles travelled, he was so friendly, helpful and determined to get to the bottom of our problem. A rather disgusting sewerage blockage in our communal area of the flats that had not been looked at for thirty years. Within an hour or two, the blockage was cleared. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and generally nice guy. Thank you so much. Nothing but praise and thanks from Horseshoe Court in Downton.

The Proseptic team were extremely helpful after my insurance company refused to pay for the installation of a new soakaway The job was done within the time scale and the garden was put back to the original layout, the wall that had to come down to allow the machines to get access to the garden was rebuilt and the part of the drive that was dug up was filled in and concreted. A big thankyou to the girls in the office for all their help from the start to finish.

Company responded quickly to my request for a tank service and completed a full tank clean and service with pump relocation. Looked expensive at first but this team were worth every penny.

Cannot thank the whole Proseptic team enough for their attention to detail and efficient approach. The whole Proseptic Team, were simply superb. I am very grateful to Hester and back office team for steering the application for a permit through the Environmental Agency, and to Nick and his team who installed a new drainage field for the new sewage treatment system, and replaced a very old drain pipe into my tank this week. They were very friendly and efficient, extremely considerate, and cleared up at each stage. They also carefully explained each step in the process as it went so I knew what was going on, and they completed ahead of time. I would highly recommend this company.

I used these guys today for the first time. It was an emergency call out situation and right from the outset / the first person that picked up the phone, it was a warm welcome and a sympathetic voice that wanted to help. Within minutes I had an email from Sarah, requesting further information and a better understanding of the problem. I then got a confirmed appointment and the engineer was booked. Jamie (the engineer) brilliant, asking with as much respect as he possibly could, has it tripped! have we checked the fuse! all of which had been done, but at least he started with the cheap options, we had a good laugh about that. It turned out to be a float switch which was jammed. Some less honest companies would have fitted a new pump anyway, as that was what I was expecting. Brilliant service from everyone and it's great to see a smaller company performing so much better than the larger players that dominate the market. Value for money, service, all 100% well done to you all.

Nick and Luke decommissioned our very old septic tank and replaced it with a new sewage treatment plant.
From start to finish Proseptic were extremely helpful and professional, patiently answering all my questions prior to installation.
When the initial location of the tank was found to be unsuitable, Nick and Luke worked hard to come up with a solution and a new location. They did an exceptional job of installing the new tank with minimal disruption to the garden taking great care to move plants where necessary.

We had a new septic tank and drainage field installed by Proseptic in August. We received great service from start to finish at a competitive price. Everyone on the team was very helpful and all work was carried out as scheduled. The on-site team worked in a very tidy manner, caused little disruption and were very polite.

We would highly recommend Proseptic, and would use them again if similar work is required on future properties.

The team at Proseptic have been awesome in supporting us through a purchase of a property with a Cess Pit. We've moved out of London and got a Home Buyers Survey done and as newbies to this type of thing, no question was silly and Tom/Sue went above and beyond to finalise the survey and resolved any issues. A great job done very professionally and within the time frame given. There were a couple of issues at the start which were no fault of anyone's but the team on site managed to improvise, adapt and overcome. Ben and his fellow worker were very good workers and just got on with it. I would definitely recommend Proseptic to anyone in the future. We chose Proseptic on recommendation from a neighbour to install a new septic-tank and drainage field. They were exemplary in their professionalism and workmanship throughout. Tom's advice was honest and reassuring, the on-site crew were superb, and we were kept well informed at each stage of the process by the team back at the office. They took the pain out of what might otherwise have felt like a daunting and destructive operation. Highly recommended!

The Proseptic team have been brilliant from the start. Tom with his survey, percolation tests and advice, then Ben and his team on site. They have been the tidiest workmen we have ever had here.
