Super high prices for what you get. Sales is friendly enough and nice showroom, but there were product mistakes in design and missing pieces throughout without adequate solutions. Prices are 3X what you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot. Custom is not better when it is not backed by service or quality. I found the front desk to be "surly" in its tone with me. Will not shop here again. Did not find the experience or the product delivered to be worthy.

At the recommendation of the salesperson, we chose to purchase Karndean Flooring from this company. After a short (in flooring terms) period of time the flooring began to warp and "cup". They instructed us, through our installer to take pictures and describe the problem. After a number of calls, they then told us they could do nothing and we needed to send flooring back to the company....at our own expense. Despite being a few miles from the Showroom, a Rep from Karndean could not come and view the problem. I needed to reach out to them numerous times to "get action" on our warranty claim. They took no interest in solving the problem. At the same time Karndean would only speak to them--something that they did not tell me as I was following up with numerous calls to both companies. Karndean notified them of the denial of claim and they did not notify me immediately of the denial. Their actions appear to show a disregard for having satisfied customers. I was very disappointed that they took so little interest beyond simply making a sale.

this is company that absolutely dishonest. they requested a 50% deposit during designing stage. then requested second 50% before delivering the product. they also made me sign a contract after initial 50% deposit, and said if I will not sign a contract- I will not get my kitchen cabinets delivered, and I will lose a deposit. so, stupidly, I dined a contract, trusting that nothing will wrong- and it did- lots of damage on cabinets, but most annoying- hinges are wrong! and even if the contract clearly indicates "soft closing hinges"- and I didn't get them- their contract saying that this is custom order, and they aren't responsible for anything! Dealing with this company for almost a year already, they won't help to solve their own mistakes- going in litigation at this point. stay away.
