We have had 2 covers from PRO TEC, Very happy with the product & the service, Well impressed.

Terrible company people stay clear ! Absolute crap and poor quality with non existent customer service. They will fold soon selling poor quality goods. Tow Cover frayed down the side told I need to pay to have it replaced and then sent sticky tape to fix it !!!!!!!
Sadly companies like these will fold under the pandemic conditions but quite frankly not one we will miss just truely awful people. People you have been warned.

Bought a towing jacket from a friend as he had sold his van before he got the cover in 2018 I’ve only used the cover once and found the protective cover/bag that came with it had not been stitched correctly and just pulled apart at the seem and the stitches hade not gone through the fabric so I emailed the company expecting to get an apology and a replacement bag but my experience was totally different as the reply advised the bag is nothing to do with the cover and given complementary so if I want one it will be £25.
This is not a cheap product so I have to say very disappointing, no customer care and not interested in trying to look after there customers once the item is sold.
My new van is on its way soon and I will be buying a cover and jacket for it but guess where I won’t be ordering it from?
Thought this was a quality company after reading there feedback I realised I was wrong.

My disappointment is further compounded by the inclusion of adhesive press studs, which are not mentioned in the item description.

If I had known about the adhesive pads before ordering I would not have made the purchase.

The Eriba 530 GT is metallic silver in colour, I am not prepared to stick white plastic circles to the body panels this will compromise the paint work finish. Using a credit card to remove adhesive press studs is also a risk I am not prepared to take.

I will not be using your very well-made cover as a consequence.

It is a shame I am having to write this; I am sure you will agree.

Please send me appropriate return postage details/labels so I may return this to you and arrange for a full refund.

After looking around for a cover Pro-tec cover offered the best value for me, probably not the cheapest but the quality of the manufacture when it arrived was worth the the price. Fitting is a doddle and on in minutes. The two way zip is brilliant and easy access to the front Locker. I would definitely recommend this product.

Slight problem with the cover which was sorted out immediately very pleased with how easy it is to put on van special thanks to Olivier for sorting thinks out kept in contact at all times with progress thanks all

I bought a Pro-Tec cover two years ago for my Bailey Unicorn Valencia. The service from ProTec when supplying was second-to-none, the product was perfectly fit-for-purpose, and now, two Winters later the product is still in perfect condition and looks like new.
Compared to my experience with CaravanCovers around the same time ProTec, although a little more expensive, are by far superior and total value-for-money.

We bought a tailor-made Pro-Tec cover for our 2003 motorhome last summer. It has been through its first winter and our habitation inspection shows 'no damp found'. We are very pleased with both the product and the excellent service provided by Pro-Tec. We can fully recommend this supplier.

Ordered a caravan cover for our brand new cruiser and paid in full over the internet, on arrival the cover was poorly fitting and cut out holes for lights were in completely the wrong places. Took pictures emailed them item was returned then had to wait several weeks for replacement. Eventually replacement arrived several tel calls later cover again did not fit. Exact measurements were taken a full video of what the faults were and where to help them get the precise fitting and sent back second one in the hope they would get it right this time, after sales btw were useless more excuses than enough of why things were taking so long. Third arrived after some time and you guessed it wrong again . Needless to say we asked for our money back so we could go elsewhere, Even had to take them to court to get our money returned. Took months. Very bad experience with this company wouldn't recommend to anyone .

Ordered a cover for my Challenger Sport 585 that arrived yesterday. I have to say I am totally impressed with ProTec. The method of ordering was simple. Phone and Email communications from ProTec were excellent. All stages of manufacture were notified by email and delivery was communicated and arrived as expected. Fitting was easy by 2 persons over such a large caravan. Yes the delivery time was a few weeks, but it was worth the wait and very impressed.

We have had our Protec towing jacket for a year, we’ve towed about 12,000 miles with it, it fits perfectly and is hardly showing any signs of wear even after 8 weeks around Europe. For the price these are an excellent choice. I tried a Protec cover after my other cover let me down.

Sorry but extremely disappointed with this company. We ordered the cover in mid November. After many emails, photographs etc a final email telling us that we were not going to receive the cover until January. Maybe it’s just me but if a company needs to ask you about details to every dimension on the vehicle & you’ve already given them more than enough information ( even dimensions for standard Fiamma parts that they could have got from a website) tells me they have some problems between sales & production staff. A couple of good things came after cancelling the order 1: I asked for my money back & it was deposited in my account 2 days later 2: I bought a cover pro at a fraction of the protec price & it fitted like a glove & the quality is pretty good.

keep an eye out for it catching on exhaust pipe ,it has caught on my motorhome exhaust and caused a tear .

We recently ordered a Caravan Cover for our new Bailey Phoenix 644. We had email updates as it was being made and it arrived on date given. Fitted it this weekend and it was perfect. extremely easy to fit and very quick to do. The quality of the cover was first class. Would highly recommend.

Pro-Tec Towing Jacket,

From order to delivery the item was done in a timely manner. The cover was to fit our Elldis 554 2019 model and it fitted like a glove.
The material is lightweight and very easy to fit. Taking only 5 minutes from unpacking to fitting. The Zip is sturdy and the superb way it unzips either from top to bottom is a great idea giving access to the locker with removing the cover.

Downside. The bag it came in was a let down. It wasn’t the bag as used in the video which was a compact zip type easy carry version.
Ours was a bag made from excess material or off cuts from the towing jacket and looks cheap so that’s the honest feedback.

Overall, very happy with the cover but would be be even happier if
Paul Smith (Director) asking for feedback could offer his opinion to a minor detail.

Very Very unhappy with this service, after reading reviews and how good they are what a disappointment. Ordered towing cover as site states very fast delivery. Money taken from bank phoned on the Wednesday as heard nothing and was told they were waiting for a part, I explained we were going on holiday this coming Saturday and they said don't worry it will be with you on the Friday, Friday came and no cover, waited in until afternoon decided to phone to check it was on its way, only to be told that it would be sent out on the Monday. I explained what I had been told on the Wednesday only to be told that because there was no notes on the computer we are put in a que, really upset now as not only is the cover made but lied too. Now waiting for a refund as no good coming after the holiday. Think twice before you use them as service isn't as good as stated.

I had an issue with my new Towing Jacket. After contacting Protec direct to explain the problem Dave and his team left no stone unturned to rectify the situation. A great product which is easy to fit and use. Well done and highly recommended

Previous cover and towing jacket were great.
However after spending £470 on one for the new van, I find they have penny pinched, and omitted the two Velcro loops that keep the side door flap open. (We tend to use it as a spare room at home)
So for the sake of 50p of Velcro the door flap just blows around in the wind and the stitches are already ripping.
An apparently insignificant omission on an expensive item, that makes a massive difference to the end user, after spending that sort of money.

This is the second cover we have ordered for our T@b 320 caravan . The first had lasted from 2013 until this year and had done a good job of keeping the van clean . I ordered a new cover and when we fitted it it was clearly not the right size this time. I emailed the company with photo's and they arranged collection . I have now received a replacement which fits and we are now happy . Mistakes can happen but what is important is the way these are dealt with and I can only say this was excellent service with no quibbling . I have no hesitation in recommending the company and product .

Recently ordered a towing jacket but when it arrived, discovered that in order for the cover to stay in place, it required me to deface my caravan but sticking...yes you read right, sticking permanently two white disc to the front of my van, which I wasn't prepared to do. I returned the item for a refund (at my cost Protec wouldn't pay) but would never have bought it in the first place, if a warning had been given, at the point of selecting make and model of caravan. So Coachman owners be warned.
