My husband ordered what he thought was 3 replacement straps online. As we didn't receive a confirmation email I decided to ring them the following day to confirm the order had been received. It had, but it transpired he had actually ordered 3 sets of straps making a total of 27, which is a trifle more than was required! The customer service man was very helpful and found out that the items had already been sent out but they only charged us for the 1 set. Great customer service.

We have had 2 towing covers and now a full cover for our current twin axle caravan. All of them have been brilliant and their service from start to finish has been superb.

Needed a replacement strap for my towing cover and emailed ProTec regarding this. ProTec responded very quickly and asked me to call them to order one.
I called and placed an order which I received the very next day!

We managed to clear the ice ( 3 hours ) & 5 minutes with their easy fit system to cover her . The cover fits perfectly even with roof rails & rear bike carrier. Extra flaps for the door & battery access .

Eriba Caravan cover purchased. The long delivery time was worth it. They calculated the measurements for my model and then asked for confirmation. Ordering was easy peasy. On arrival it was more than I expected, excellent quality material, fit perfectly, fast delivery and easy to fit. And finally the customer service was great. Good company to do business with.

Purchased a cover, kept for a long time before fitting. Due to strange shape of my rig the cover became torn and was further damaged by the storms earlier this year. Cover was well out of warranty but an honest conversation with Protec customer service resulted in a return and offer to repair. I offered to pay costs but the great team at Protec did all the work with no cost. I cannot stress how amazing this has been and they certainly do look after their customers. I cannot fault their service, courtesy, attention to detail and generosity during the current hard times. I would wholeheartedly recommend Protec for a great British well made product and for their customer support. Thank you Team Protec.

I purchased a campervan cover after seeing an ad fir Protec covers in Camping mag. After speaking with Pete I placed a bespoke order. After visiting to have van measured the cover arrived approx 3 weeks later. Very easy to use and fits like a glove. Very happy with the product/service and have recommended to friends.

Initially had a few issues with my order but the team were excellent and resolved my issue.
The cover arrived - my wife and I fitted it with no problem. Excellent fit including the Solar panel. the door panel is very easy and we have been in and out of van several times. Well done to Protec.

Protec were able to supply an exact fit to my caravan including a transparent cover over the solar panel to obtain some charge to the battery. Everything required was in the bag, and instructions were good. Also used you tube videos too. Fitting went well, with just a bit of difficulty getting it started.

Very well made to measure cover. It is easy and straightforward to put on and take off. Fits very well. We are very pleased with it and the service we received from Protec.

I ordered and received a caravan cover a month ago, and I am impressed with the quality and ease of fitting. Very well tailored to fit my caravan. What is good is the cover keeps the caravan dry, whereas other makes of covers do not. Thank you Protec.

Ordered cover in summer and have just used it on our Swift Escape 684. Excellent fits like a glove. Everything from ordering, measurements, keeping us updated with progress of Oder and delivery A1.

I needed a winter cover for my Swift Challenger 580 while it’s in storage!.

So, having bought a front towing cover a few years ago, they were the first place I thought of looking.

The towing cover I bought back in 2018 was of excellent quality, and easy to fit, no fiddly buckles and stuff to faff around with, straight on, and zip up, job done!.

It offers great protection to your delicate polycarbonate windows, and front end from stone chips and other flying debris while towing.

And it looks good too!

Their not the cheapest, but quality never is cheap.

I’ve learned from experience, if you cut corners, you’ll always end up buying the product that you should’ve bought in the first place!.

The chap who took my order over the phone was very thorough, and asked about numerous details regarding my van, as these covers are made to measure.

So, I’m very confident that I’ll be just happy with the full cover, as I was with the front towing cover.

My Motorhome cover has been on order for a number of weeks. Contact with the company has been good so far.
When I eventually get my cover, I will do a full review, until then it’s a bit pointless.

Recommend by a friend who also has caravan and used you he told me I could get a cover cheaper but the quality was not as good so he recommended you I got in touch with you told you what I needed you kept me in the loop at every stage delivered when you said you were going to would definitely recommend you to anyone who has a caravan for either a half or full cover.

The cover was delivered on time and fitted perfectly, even the entry door was in the correct place and the TV arial was also allowed for. An excellent product well designed in all the right places.

Easy to order the cover fits beautifully and is easy to fit.

I ordered the cover in advance as I was away for most of Autumn and asked for delivery in early November. The cover was made and delivered on time. It is well made and was easy to put on with the poles provided. A very good fit on my Swift caravan with the door allowing easy access. Happy with my order.

We bought a Protec Cover for our Hymer motorhome in 2018.
It had all the right features & access openings, and has worked very well ever since.
It is a very fine product – well made, nicely fitted and works great. 5 stars!
