Really good masks . Customer service very good . 1st order delayed and thought lost in postal service due to xmas so customer service sent out replacement and i received both packages together.

Great price and product with excellent customer service! The mask I ordered is thicker than disposable masks but thin enough to be wearable for 8 hours a day in a factory environment.

I ordered and paid for 2 different types of mask but 2 of the same were delivered. I sent an e mail explaining and immediately a replacement was sent and was told to keep the wrong one anyway. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Received my mask but it was not as I expected as Profeckt had to change the design during manufacture.
I was disappointed as the I had ordered this particular mask because of its excellent design .
But I did not have to worry because after contacting them about my 'disappointment' Javeed from customer support replied and very quickly came up with an excellent solution for the problem.
The original mask was of very good quality and fit for purpose but not the design I expected but the customer service was excellent friendly and very polite .I would certainly use Proteckt again

Very good quality cotton mask which is comfortable to wear and easy to breathe in. I am a teacher so have to wear my mask all day; this is the first mask I have felt comfortable wearing all day. I had mine personalised and the quality of the print I very good too. I have ordered a silk one and am looking forward to receiving it!

I bought 3 masks, excellent quality, but slightly tight on my big head 🙄. I enquired about returning the unopened ones, but this was against policy. They did however send 2 free ones in a different style. Very obliging and quick. 👏👍

These masks are very well made, comfortable to wear and excellent value for money. It’s nice to find clothing made in the UK. Normally it’s more expensive but not these. Highly recommended
