what can I say??
The service I received was 100% excellent!!!!!! The first guy I spoke to was called Scott and such a great guy lots of friendly chat and made me feel at ease with my answers lol even about asking...my weight lol.. so please pass my thanks onto him.
I was then put through to a lady called Chanel (I hope I spelt that correctly) this ladies professionalism was also 2nd to none..... so helpful and explained everything that I needed to know so therefore no need for any questions from myself. Thanks again... I will personal ask to speak to either of the mentioned above if I have any queries.

The process from start to finish was efficient, no being put on hold for what seems an age; the advisors were knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Life Insurence made easy by Abbey
I recently lost a work colleague at the young age of 50, and although I have Accident cover, I didn't have Life cover so through the great service from Protected, who directed me to a very reasonable £7-78 a month for £20,000 cover with Legal /General, I am now comforted with the fact my two grown up boys and my grandchildren will have a little something to remember me with when MY time eventually arrives. The customer service by a young man, who I have forgotten his name and then a lovely young lady called Abbey was second to none, a credit to your company!
