very helpfull
Very helpful friendly staff in the call centre. The young lad I spoke to was great, not pushy at all. Called me back when convenient to me.Gave great service. Although I could have trawled the web for a slightly better price I'm glad I didn't ( I took out an insurance through them ) All the paperwork & process went through without a hitch.I have no doubt that when I call them back to discuss putting any pay out into a trust they will be just as helpful.

A fun experience
The whole telephone experience was fun fun fun all the way, I was made to feel relaxed about the whole process , we even had a few laughs, I first became aware after my mam passed away jan 2014, that I had nothing in place should I die, and that worried me , for my children.
I am so glad that I have it all done and dusted.
I must confess that a while back I had spoken to another company about life insurance, but at that time I wasn't ready, but they became pushy and at one point they even phoned a relative, to get me to call them, that to me was an invasion of my rights,
however the two people who made this so easy for me was Clive Baker and Sarah Fisher who both helped me through this stage in my life, well done, and thank you ...
